The fact that rabbit isn't one of the staples of the British diet is a disgrace. There are millions of them, they breed incredibly easily, they're a sustainable meat and they're completely delicious. But we avoid them because they're fluffy and cute. Ridiculous.

The Cods cheeks certainly only need a few minutes- but the sludge they are coated in? That's a different matter- eat the cheeks, ditch the "breadcrumbs".
