i tried forgetting bout this and wait for a year hoping it will surprise me and get a confirmed release. its may 2021 and i think this is still the latest info we have bout the game

I like how the edges of the screen start to become like that of a really old TV, with extravagant colors filling in those pixels. Possible 90s alien invasion movie game?

I suspect this has been cancelled indefinitely. It's been 4 years since we last heard anything so I don't think we're going to get this anymore. Shame really, was looking forward to it ):
It has been "only" and 3 years and the last time they asked for jobs is now 2 years ago, so I think they may have only just begun working on the game because they first now got enough developers and such to make the game, and what we saw in the teasers is maybe just a really old concept and they are revisiting the game right now + the website is still up and you can still sign up for the newsletter. (this got long)
I mean the new game of playdead who made limbo and inside are still working on their new game! It’s been 3 years and still we haven’t seen anything, what’s sad but they are working on it, so maybe this company too ^^
Limbo and Inside both had long development cycles, games take a long time to make, it's inevitable that there will be time with no news on the game while the devs are hard at work.

The red sweat shirt reminded me of the kid from Inside, maybe it's him some years later and the person with him is the girl, the former long haired creature that you meet underwater : D
Out of every game title that's coming out, I'm still most excited for this tbh. The creative genius behind Limbo and Inside can only get better. You guys kinda remind me of Christopher Nolan, he doesn't make a lot of movies, but when he does, my god it's a masterpiece. Really hope to see some more footage on this soon.
Remember to decipher Limbo and inside. My theory is that the boy we played in limbo is the boy in Somerville's trailer a alien invasion broke out and captured sometime after he escapes then inside is about surviving and escaping the aliens the secret ending is canon imo because when the boy pulls the plug that's when he dies but do to being in the huddle he doesn't realize that he's dead and still believes the aliens are after him that's why he keeps chasing the person and continues a endless cycle thus connecting Limbo, Inside, and Somerville. You can use my theory just blur my name and refer to me as angry wolf person

You can find a blog by the art director himself on the internet..some details on development including lil bits of gameplay,character animation and designs as well as some of the enemies. The vibe and colour theme is dope and more vibrant than inside
Amazing atmosphere, but the only thing I would change would be the cinematic abberation it looks overdone, but other than that the sound design, art style, and general intrigue are awesome
