Hey birds, this was very unfortunate that this happened. I don't really have a lot of answers when it comes to stuff like this, but just know that everyone is okay and healing now. I am making slow but steady progress each day and each day gets a little easier for me as time goes on. I hardly feel any pain anymore now which is good, I remember the first night was rough, I woke with extreme pain in my ribs and really bad shakes, after taking my pain killers I felt at ease though. A little while back I was also experiencing some bad vertigo as well which has thankfully subsided now. It took some time before I could comfortably lay down in a bed too meaning I'd mostly be sleeping in an arm chair getting mostly 2-4 hours of rough sleep which also somewhat still applies for the amount of sleep I've been getting due to mainly discomfort. Either way, things are getting better and I hope they continue that way too.
