Every time I watch that orgy scene from Westworld my first thoughts are "Damn, that has a certain American McGee's Alice vibe to it!" That same wild unhinged emotions everywhere, combined with with a haunting NIN tune. Fitting, when You consider that a former NIN member did the Score for the game.

Westworld should've also used 'Copy of a copy of a copy' by NIN...

I bought this CD from Fry's Electronics like 15yrs ago. This is one of the better tracks

I enjoy this until about the 4:50 mark, and then they lose me. The thing about NINs original is that the 3 verses go from sadness to desperation to despair (suicidal), and this is accomplished largely via his voice in the 2nd verse, and through the 3rd verse, the falling F to Eb undertone during "You make this all go away" and "I'm down to just one thing" that holds through the next line. They kinda get the feel in the 2nd verse, but completely miss the 3rd, and it changes the whole composition of the song, making it feel much less dark unless you've already heard it and are adding your memory of the feeling to it. That's my 2 cents.
