They think cuz BB finished, they think BCS is not relatable, but in reality it is... and it is satisfying, even though it is less gory... And I started watching it, because after BB I felt so empty, so I took a look and I was hooked... Even though it is a bit slow.
Isidoro Vazquez yea to be honest, better call saul was just as good, if not, BETTER than Breaking bad, season 4 and 5 of BCS blew me away.. im so hyped for season 6
@@Steven-jx8ct (Sorry for my bad english) I met a girl at the end of high school, it was very difficult but in the end we started dating, I watched series with her but we rarely finished them, I wanted to suggest that we watch Breaking Bad but she wanted to see something that we hadn't both seen, it was So when it occurred to me that we should see Better Call Saul, I had already seen Breaking Bad and El Camino, it was the perfect opportunity to see the Saul Goodman series with her. To my surprise she liked it despite the violence, it turns out that she had seen the Walking Dead so she was used to violence, she was not an edgy girl, she only had the stomach to see violent scenes, in fact she was the one who showed me the movie Unglourious Basterds. While we watched Better Call Saul we got to know each other better, we ate the meals that she and I knew how to make, we went for a walk in the park and I even planned to take her on vacation, but as I got to know her better I discovered that she had episodes of anxiety and depression, I was there to help her because obviously I loved her very much, I was there for her when she felt lonely and sad and I gave her space when she needed time for herself. At first I tried to be positive and make her not sad, the only time she wasn't sad is when we were watching Better Call Saul. We were a strange couple, we never kissed because at that time I thought I was asexual and she respected me at all times, she never forced me to do anything that made me feel uncomfortable, but as much as I wanted to be with her, her sadness somehow I was getting sick, I was at the time of exams at the university and in addition to the stress I felt sad. The only thing that made me feel better was seeing her and doing anything, but it wasn't always possible because she was also sad even more, one day I took her for a walk around the city, I took her to a Japanese garden and a zoo, I tried to make her distracted and not feel bad, but that day she looked just as sad, I was starting to get tired but at the same time I didn't want to give up because I loved her, it took me a long time to realize that I was in a relationship Not at all healthy, that same day I took her home and we didn't even have to talk to make it clear that it was over, I wanted to say a lot of things but the idea of telling her to break up just hurt, somehow she understood and Since then we stopped seeing each other, never in my life had I felt so sad in love, I had not lost her, I had to leave her for my own good, but at the same time I wanted to be with her, I stopped giving myself false hopes and decided to continue with my life. In the end I finished Better Call Saul in my house totally alone, I was crying when it finished because I thought I was going to end this series with her, it's been almost a year since we finished and she is currently in a relationship with another guy, a few months ago I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder, I am in constant therapy and taking medication for anxiety and stress, I was forbidden to be in a relationship because it was unstable and dangerous for people so I also had to drop out of university, now I try to take care of myself to avoid relapse and be admitted to a psychiatric hospital, I just hope I can get ahead
The break up scene hits harder when you were in a similar situation. One stands their ground and the other just wants to make it work even though it wont. Yeah you love eachother, but so what?
Kim and Jim are the couples I never thought I root for; the subtleness, depth, understanding and details. Vince Gilligan you sure know how to win hearts
I don't know why but this tune induces some sort of sadness in me... Sadness to which I cannot find any reason... Even though nothing in my life currently is troubling me (thankfully) this tune makes me feel something tragic has happened... And that's the beauty of it... Being able to reach the heartstrings of the listener and put us in the shoes of Jimmy... God I miss this show... Can't wait for Season 6!! I really don't want Kim to die...
The Jimmy Mcgill side is on the left, which Howard recognizes, hence he is on the extreme left. Kim knows and wants Jimmy, but also knows Saul hence she is closer to center, as is Mike. However, unlike Kim, Jimmy uses Mike only when he is being "colorfull", the Saul Goodman side. Lalo knows only Saul Goodman, hence on the extreme right. Nacho and Gus only wants Saul to break bad, hence on the right.
@@Skummmmm We know the two sides of Jimmy. The Jimmy Mcgill side and the saul Goodman side. Left half of the image represents the former while the right half represents the Saul Goodman we all know from Breaking Bad.
even cooler is that in the version that plays over the first montage, they stay separate and the male voice is in the right ear, because that's where Jimmy is in that one, and the female voice is in the left ear by Kim. in this montage they switched sides and so do the "vocals" but they come together because unlike the first montage, this one has a resolution. Better Call Saul is pure cinema man. Best story ever put to screen, every last detail means something.
Anyone notice the obvious in the poster for this video? The split photo contains more part of Jimmy McGill/Saul Goodman toward the right, where Mike, Gustavo, Nacho and Lalo. This symbolizes that Jimmy has transitioned more into the Saul Goodman persona, but still has a part of himself on the left that Kim and Howard can recognize. The colorful and eccentric clothes and outfit of Saul Goodman contrast perfectly with Jimmy Mcgill’s Black and White suit. Truly an amazing poster and an even more powerful season.
Whenever I listen to this song my eyes always end up in tears, it feels harder to breathe and gives the feeling of being the loneliest person. It really is an amazing soundtrack with a lot of emotion for sure. Absolutely a masterpiece
I started this show yawning at each episode from the start, but after Chuck died, the show really hit me from that moving forward, especially with the relationship of Jimmy and Kim Wexler. Jimmy McGill was a good person, just shows how much of a person like Walter White can make a good heartfelt person like Jimmy turn to be a criminal. This show had heart and it makes us love and connect the characters at the near end.
I wouldn’t necessarily say that jimmy was a good person. (He did scam people out of their money and destroyed Howard’s career and life because of his gigantic ego after all) But to me, there were times when he felt like the most human character in the entire show. Aside from kaylee’s mother, Nacho’s dad, etc.
@@lukwerasner Throught his life Jimmy wears different masks, choosing the life of Saul meant taking the 7 year deal but he'd have to forever life as Saul forever. Gene was his coward mask, he'd run away from all of his problems. In the end it was the Jimmy mask that won. He knew it would have been easy to take that 7 year deal, but instead he did the most incredible thing ever. The prosecutor presents the judge with the worst deal ever seem, they are fine but Jimmy flat out refuses and chooses to confess instead in front of the only person that mattered: Kim. Jimmy's always looking for approval, he couldn't get it from Chuck but it's clear that nobody else's approval matters more to him than Kim's. So Jimmy flat out rejects Saul's get out of jail free card because it would solidify himself as Saul forever. Jimmy says fuck you! I'm Jimmy McGill, Jimmy inspired by Kim's confession FLAT OUT CONFESSES everything. The 7 year sentence G - O - N - E. But Kim's back, she might visit Saul every other year in Jail and light a cigar with him. Funny. They used to watch old black and white movies about this exact moment. The colored flame as Kim lights Saul's cigar symbolizing their love for each other. Part of me knew that there was no way Jimmy was going to get out of this. But he's in Jail and regarded a celebrity among inmates. It sucks but the ending did do it justice. Am I sad I didn't get the happy ending I wanted? Yeah who wouldn't. But that's not what this type of show is about and I'm happy the writers didn't take the easy way out. Goodbye Saul! I don't know if we'll ever get a show like this ever again. It definitely broke ground for me in terms of TV.
@@VeryOwsome I agree with almost everything you said, except I think Kim will visit him a lot more than once every other year. I think she will honestly visit him as much as possible. Rhea Seehorn mentioned in interviews that she feels that way as well, so that's how I'm going to interpret the ending. Makes it a little bit less sad.

crazy how eveyone on jimmy’s left is no longer apart of his life further making saul take up the whole picture instead of just half. also love that his tie stays the same on both sides and the gorgeous hums
I've just finished watching this show for the first time and I am blown away! Amazing screenwriter, acting and directing, simply superb. I can't believe how much I postponed watching this show, now I can't wait for season 6!
This is such a great song to hum to. It's so good that I wanna practice humming it until i get perfectly right. I wanna hum this to my future girlfriend when she's sad to cheer her up.
i think it would have been amazing to have a more quiet version of this play at the final scene, only for it to be cut and show Kim and Jimmy on the opposite sides of the fence, completely in silence

@@supervisiondeplastica4397 la verdad fue una escena que también me conmovió bastante, sobre todo con el hecho de que ya hubo una escena con la canción completa en otro contexto diferente la temporada pasada, esta vez fue más emotiva, más personal, incluso Jimmy y Kim se veían mas conectados cada uno con las acciones que tomaba en su respectivo plano. Me encantan esos montajes, escenas muy bien hechas
It makes me sad when I really think about it. It was a journey I wasn't expecting, and I didn't want it to end. I was trying to figure out why I felt let down by the finale- realized it was perfect for the story and characters, I was just upset it was over.
