I'm happy that others like the sound of sharp scissors cutting and a sewing machine purring along. May I add that I like the sound the needle makes when quilting through silk batting. Thought I was nutty until I read your comment which is great validation. Lol.
I love the idea of adding interest to a plain pillow with stitching, but I would have to hem those raw edges on the grey one. Thank you for the video, I hope to learn more from you, your voice is so calm 💚
Love the videos! The sound is amazing. I really love the sound of the cutting tools and the sewing machine. So many videos have the music loop, which is annoying. I have to say that my favorite videos are those that show how to make home accessories. I like them because I feel like I can finish in one sitting. I call it instant gratification. Lol. I also like quilting but it takes too long to finish. I just found your channel and I am hooked! Thank you for taking the time to show us your projects.

I'm thinking about a floor pillow for the living room.... My college daughter frequently uses my couch pillows to sit at the coffee table-but something like this homemade would be perfect for the floor and the cover machine washable! :) What a great idea!

Love this as pillows are my favorite of the small projects. I am totally fascinated by the long-arm process though I have to admire from a distance - no space or finances to do more. 😊 Nice video!

Thanks for this! I am a quilter, but no nothing about "regular" sewing....this video makes pillows do-able for me! Plus, I'm always looking for quick, easy projects for making with my grandkids! :)

And I just love the camera work on your videos too! My only question is, what size was the pillow you covered? I know the fabric was cut 17" square (for the gray pillow), but knowing the size of the pillow would be helpful. Thanks so much!!

Just gorgeous! You are one of the best teachers; but yet I still need "slow-mo" on the backsides of the cushions. I find it's always the same struggle when I'm finishing up my binding on a quilt too. I like to bias- cut the ends and I have to pause and watch a video each time! Which end did she grab? Which way did she flip it? How many times did I sew it only to take it apart! Thank goodness it's only 2.5 inches. Ah well, practice, practice, practice.
