Hi I have a Somfy movelite curtain but it’s not fully closing in the middle of the track! Everything was assembled up to the millimeter! The carrier moves very smoothly by hand during installation and when i program the motor the carrier fully close in the middle but when i save the memory and try to close it it doesn’t fully close ! There always a 3 cm gap ! Any idea?
Hi. Are these wave curtains? If so, try switching the motor off and closing the curtains by hand to see if the curtains spring back slightly. If they do there is a chance the cords have got wrapped round one or two of the glider wheels and this is resulting in the cords being too short. If this is the case you will need to remove the glider cord from the end of the track and unwrap the cord from the wheel. I hope this helps.
