Not only that, but the United States has been the biggest supplier for Arms & Equipment and being the biggest military force to be stationed there, so if we leave without giving our allies the protection they need to keep the area secure then they won't rely on us in the future and we will be laughing stocks. Not every European Country has the Military power to take control of the Middle East, which is known to have over 50 terrorist organizations and Guerilla style fighting groups, only 3 to name off of: Great Britian, France, and Germany. Take it for what its worth, i'm not going to scrutinize you for wanting Military Personnel home *(wouldn't know if you have someone you know in the Military or you are Anti-War in general)* but they to do this. They joined the Military since its their Patriotic Duty to serve our Country, they're fighting to keep your rights afloat instead of in the hands of a Islamic Republic or Authortiarian/Dictatorship.

It’s actually not as rare as you might think! Many civilian police officers are also Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, or Coast Guard Reserve. Also Army National Guard or Air National Guard. I’m a full time policeman and sergeant in the Air Force Reserve. It’s a great way to have the best of both worlds, but also sometimes the struggles of both worlds. Deployments are not easy when your family is so used to having you home most days.
