I Highly recommend watching the Histories and Lore video on this season. They explain so much!! The world of GoT is a crazy place and the video shares so much that isn't in the show.
Consistently referring to Arya as “Boy” is killing me…in a good way. 😂 And your realization that Lansel is Cersei’s lover after exclaiming “What is THAT?!” when he first popped on the screen. 🤣🤣 I’m in tears.
Nah this might become my favorite series in RU-vid history 😂. Your reactions to the events in this show are so animated, I’ve waited years for someone to actually be this energetic while actually UNDERSTANDING the show, and u are the first person I’ve ever seen actually fit that.
And also understanding Sansa age her predicament and the fact that she is broken...so many reactors hate on her forgetting she is a child.... side note...I felt bad for The Hound when I heard his back story with his brother...was mad when he killed the Butcher's boy... But when he did that for Sansa? He was cemented in my top 5 favorite characters❤
Gundry was sent to the wall by his master to save his life. Two kings hands came to the shop to see his apprentice then both died shortly after so he sent the kid away.
“When the sun rises in the west and sets in the east," she said sadly. "When the seas go dry and mountains blow in the wind like leaves. When my womb quickens again, and I bear a living child. Then you will return, my sun-and-stars, and not before."
"As Daenarys Targaryen rose to her feet, her black hissed, pale smoke venting from its mouth and nostrils. The other two pulled away from her breast and added their voices to the call, translucent wings unfolding and stirring the air, and for the first time in hundreds of years, the night came alive with the music of dragons.
“Blood of my blood” refers to Bloodriders in Dothraki society. They’re like the kingsguard, they serve their Khal and swear their life to them, living only long enough after their death to avenge them. That’s why that guy said, “only while the blood of my blood lives,” because his blood brother Khal Drogo was about to die, so he was facing his own death in which he would go down killing on the way.
The guy playing Qotho did such a good job. People always talk about Drogo's delivery and sleep on Qotho. He had so much more deep emotion in his character and he conveyed it so well.
actually, its not the baby’s life that paid for one of the dragons, because his life was already used by the witch to pay for drogo’s life. In the books, the third dragon didnt hatch until after dany walked into the fire, so it must’ve been dany’s own life that paid for the third dragon. yet she survives- so she’s one special girl
Or maybe it was just a coincidence. There were only a finite # of eggs, and the odds were pretty good that 3 people might die. If there were 2 eggs or 1 egg you could still make the exact same argument you made. In fact, even with 4 eggs, you could simply add another of the many lives that died to make your point.
HEAR YE HEAR YE!!! Our GRACE has posted another lordly reaction!! NO SPOILERS PLEASE! Another great reaction your grace! Filled with laughter and “OOOOOOOO SHIIIII”😂❤
Thank you so so so much for recognizing all the horror Sansa is going through. Most people can't separate the immature brattiness from the beginning of the season. I understand her. I see so much of myself in her, and I feel for the young girl turning into a young woman during trauma after trauma.
What's worst about Lancel and Cersei's relationship is that in the books Lancel is underage, even more worst it means he is YOUNGER than Cersei's little brother Tyrion. She was doing it with her little underage cousin, let that sink in.
@@jesses5463I doubt that there is one. Women/girls have no say in their lives whatsoever. In the books, Danaerys was only about 12 when she was forced marry Khal Drogo, Sansa only 11 when she was bequeathed to Joffrey and theoretically would marry him as soon as she had had her first period.
Lancel was 15 in the book and 20 in this episode. I don't like it, but I'm already making allowances for Drogo & Dany (just one example), so I'm not going to condemn Cersei for doing the same thing
22:54 It may be the first time he calls him "my son" but mainly it's because he probably thinks he's not getting Jaime back so Tyrion is all he's got now
My opinion on Cersei is she’s so vain and narcissistic that she is only turned on by Lannister males that remind her of herself. Like with Jaime she’s pretty much sleeping with the male version of herself.
37:35 *blood of my blood* ("Qoy Qoyi" in dothraki) is how a Kahl and his Bloodriders call each other. A Khal has Bloodriders (usually 3 if I'm not wrong). They're Dothraki warriors who have pledged his lifes in the service of their khal. Their blood is considered the khal's own blood. Therfore the quote: "blood of my blood". I think this is the moment where Jorah pledges his life to Daenerys as his khaleesi and sees himself as her first Bloodrider saying this words.
YES!!!...protect Lengenbarry from spoilers. So, he can be shocked out of his mind like we all did, hate who deserves to be hated, be so upset he wants to throw that crown on his own head at his TV. He would want to pass on his dinner, because he can't believe what he is watching. When he is all done, he will find being abused by the greatest! series ever made normal LOL!
"As Daenerys rose to her feet, her black hissed, pale smoke venting from its mouth and nostrils. The other two pulled away from her breasts and added their voices to the call, translucent wings unfolding and stirring in the air, and for the first time in hundreds of years, the night came alive with the music of dragons."
The Targaryen’s also married within the family, might have been the reason they became mentally unstable, her father telling her it kept the bloodline pure. Danearys talked about this in the first book.
Blood of my blood is a Dothraki loyalty saying. It makes so sense for Jorah to say it. In the books it's the Dothraki that say it in that scene pledging their loyalty to her.
WHEN YOU PULLED OUT YOUR SWORD AND YELLED " THE KING OF THE NORTH" I LOST IT LMAAAAOOOOOO . ALSO LMAOOO @ "BITCH NIXXA" ROOTING SANSA LMAOOOO THAT WAS MY REACTION
i have so many shirts that say the king in the north i’m so greatful to have this series and the books and whatnot bc i needed something new to obsess over when i started college in 2022😭 legit kept me going
During the Robert Cersei Boar song another reactor said "this song ain't even bars" I was pissed because they weren't putting it together. I'm glad you realized the whole song was bars lol. It was effing hilarious 😂.
I am always delighted to find a new fan whose reactions are so genuine and enthusiastic. Thank you! I also enjoy how quickly you're grasping what's happening after seeing other watchers struggle to pick up on things. If you still need mods, I'm happy to help keep your viewing experience spoiler-free. It's a good fandom, though many will be a bit overeager for you to get to their favorite parts. New sub! 😊
This is highly entertaining!! Well done. I liked your reaction when Robb is made "King in the North" and you said you were getting goosebumps and you joined in with passion saying "King of the North" with your sword ... And then your reaction to the scene of Lancel&Cersei Lannister...haha
All the Stark kids, except Sansa have these "seeing dreams" but this is the only time the show depicts that Rickon can also "see" and the show ignores what Arya and Jon and Rob see.
Sansa can't do it anymore bc Lady was killed. "Sansa sat up. "Lady," she whispered. For a moment it was as if the direwolf was there in the room, looking at her with those golden eyes, sad and knowing. She had been dreaming, she realized. Lady was with her, and they were running together, and … and … trying to remember was like trying to catch the rain with her fingers. The dream faded, and Lady was dead again." -AGOT, Sansa III Ok I'm gonna go cry now 😭😭😭
Your slow realisation at 16:25 had me dying. Why else would he be naked?😂As for Cersei, I'm not saying she only sticks to family, but incest is clearly a thing with her. I think it might also have to do with what she said to Joffery about the enemy being, anyone who is not "us." If you keep it in the family, then your loyalty is bound by blood and I'm sure there's a sense of supremacy that comes with that too. I think the history in Westeros and real life prove that family doesn't always equal loyalty. But anyway, I love your reactions & can't wait for S2. FYI, I hope you'll give 'House of the Dragon' a chance at some point. It's a prequel to GoT, I think you'll enjoy that one too :)
