There are plenty of software that can convert mkv to mp4, it shouldn't be an issue unless the file is somehow corrupt (but mkv shouldn't get corrupted like that just from power loss). Google should be helpful. But for starters ffmpeg is good for all video stuff (but needs terminal commands, although they are pretty simple for simple thing like this), there's handbrake, FormatFactory, even OBS can convert from mkv to mp4 (file -> remux recordings).

Hate to break it to you but if that's been your method for years then one or both of you has an issue like slow swimmers or hard to implant uterine lining/PCOS. Perhaps you also lucked out and have a wife with a very regular ovulation cycle and work with that knowledge. That said, when a woman is ovulating, it's possible to get pregnant even using the pull out method. Stand in a closet or hallway and have your partner throw a handful of BBs at you. If you get hit - especially more than once- consider yourself pregnant. There are far more swimmers present in a drop of your stuff than BBs in a handful. That's how it was explained to us in high school.

In the source materials, Cersei doesn’t have a problem with having sex with Jaime, she doesn’t want to have sex in the Sept. It is an inconsiderate risk for them as they can get caught. But she goes for it and it is fully consensual. If you watch the scene closely, you can see that she is kissing Jaime back as they go the ground… too little too late, some will say. Jaime and Cersei do have a weird power dynamic in both the show and the books.
