the whole Sonatina is brilliant but Fuoco is just so badass, and ends on such an emotional high. Dyens was a master of not overusing motifs, sometimes I wish he would repeat them more! Certainly keeps me wanting more
Thank you so much for posting this, Dyens is one of my all-time favorite composers and performers! Mucho respeto por Roland Dyens, un favorita en mio. Muchas gracias. :)
@@alexanderdennis7307 I went back the next day, looked and looked. I thought I knew exactly where I left it and what the CD looked like. With a pick of The Maestro Dyens performing on stage. Got there five minutes before close so o was in a panic. The store was nice and helpful. So I went back the next day with more time and looked through the whole section. What I actually seen was an Eduardo IsaacCD entitled “Astor Piazolla-The Four Seasons”, which ha Libra Sonatina on it. So I grabbed that one up. It’s fabulous in my opinion.
Chad Henry This is Roland Dyens. I asked him after a masterclass if he ever recorded it... he confirmed that he did on the album Hommage a Brassens, which is no longer in publication.
@@mathieulamaure1487 IL n'est pas disponible en effet sauf qu'en étant perceverant et avec un peu chance on peut encore le trouver sur le marché de l'occasion. C'est ce que j'ai fait il y a quelques semaines.
