Ekoh's music in general resonates with me, I went through a lot of the stuff he sings about, drug addicted, alcohol addicted, suicides and overdoses around me, mental health struggles and depression, I'm 3 years clean of most things and even 8 months free of cigarettes, and I smile every day these days. Took me almost 40 years to get here but I'm here and I'm not leaving.

I've recently come across this song after hearing their latest "Good Things" song they collaborated on. This is a great song and I feel like songs like this can help explain to yourself that you aren't alone in feeling this way if you do which also counter acts the loneliness feeling. The artistry here is quite high level from the writing to the performance. Thanks Cliff!

Idk man. I've been dealing with major depression for basically my whole life, I'm 29, my first suicide attempt was 12. I'd love to think that my happiness is JUST a choice and something I can choose. But unfortunately the lines of the chorus is perfect. It comes on it's own and I can not stop it. I can be in the best mood, and as soon as I feel that nagging in the back of my mind, I know it's coming. It's been so long that I recognize it. And nothing stops it. Without fail I will feel it no matter what I do or think. I only hope it's a smaller wave.

I think the track helps those of us who suffer with depression, etc to know that we aren't alone. But yes, when it hits hard, happiness disappears and the loneliness sets in... even when you're surrounded by all your loved ones. Depression sucks. Thanks for your positive messages as well. We all have to know that we aren't alone in this❤

I've been randomly requesting you to do this song for the few months now both ECHO and LO SPIRIT I believe are still Independent Artist many know ECHO and please check out more of him but LO SPIRIT is still in that break out process. This song connects to my bone marrow I lost my wife at only 31 years old! The gods fucked up and took the wrong one leaving me waiting for my tomorrow that never comes with hopes that I might be able to hold her again!!!The talent cramed onto this man is pure insanity!!! You should check out Phix, Merkules and Caskey's freestyles they released in the past few weeks, all on an Eminem track and shouting out MGK (Kels) for inspiring them to do these freestyles.
