He behaves like a 24-year-old fresh uni graduate. A bit childish in many cases. Also how realistic is that he has never been in love and never had a girlfriend? Is he a 29-year-old virgin? 😁

I think the story is a whole as it is. There's nothing more to tell. I fear if they try to add another season they will lessen the value of the original material.

This drama is so beautiful and magical.

I was so satisfied with the pace! Finally you are given proper time to think and feel and scenes are not rushed because there's not enough air time. I really loved it.

@@jackiestraw6052 Sadly it's a big deal everywhere, but only if the woman is older. A 50 yro man can marry a 21 yro woman and that's no issue at all. They can marry in the church. 🤐

A lot of the nasty comments were from the haters of Song Bye Kyo, they criticize her for everything she does.

It's not that they are not mature they are just the toxic fans of song jong ki who are dying of jealousy which I don't understand since long before she got married she was and is an actor first and haters ofcourse. Yet they were giving all these negative and nasty comments and hoping for the drama to fail. What a pity.

@@taylor6101ful My sentiments exactly, making negatives comments with the expectations of 'encounter' to fail was not fair and disrespectful of the effort put up by the actors and the filming crews as well.

I didn't realize when I watched it for the first time but he managed to play the differences in the character's personality so well. In Cuba he is a kind but absolutely confident and polite young man who happens to help out a beautiful older woman who he encounters on his last day of a trip. He is casual and showing openness to start a romantic relationship with her without hesitation. (Wanting to ask whether she has a boyfriend.) When he goes to work his attitude changes. He goes back to a fresh uni graduate and whenever he meets her he behaves like an inexperienced young student so his character is having a "step back". Then as his confidence grows as the story goes he slowly changes back into a young man who is now determined to fight for his love and protect what is dear to him, no matter what. It's probably the result of great directing, very good script and of course amazing casting. Judging buy his public interviews, his real life personality is very close to the character's.

If it was filmed in 2018 then she was around 37-38 (born in 1981) and he was around 24-25 (born in 1993). This is not a huge age difference at all.

let me just throw out there that the actress from Mr. Sunshine is 20 years younger than her co star. I don't remember there being any talk about that. Though, I didn't watch that drama, nor did I keep up with the news for it so idk

I just thought maybe since you hadn't watched a comment from a person who had would help bring the point across. I was trying to say I don't understand the age gap problem here either. So true, Song Hye Kyo and Jang Ki Yong from Now We Are Breaking Up are being criticized for their age difference even though their chemistry was so hot. They are the best looking couple in Korea, so beautiful and handsome. One of her haters accused Song Hye Kyo of going out looking for young costars, imagine the hate they have. A lot of haters are fans of the ex and they don’t like her at all, a lot are quite vicious.

Unfortunately no, maybe because of controversies arose when thy did this serie... Malicious thoughts and speculations ruined the mood of the characters that's why I think both parties were not excited to promote this serie.. I think, it was a good decision not to hype to avoid further destruction of their reputation....

@@edithamiguel8876 a lot of Song Hye haters were so nasty with their comments about her. He was good friends of the couple, he did a solo at their wedding, but the nasty rumors started to fly and it got so bad they both hired attorneys to stop the media from all the lies. Not sure if he’s still friends with the ex now.
