Dearest Alyssa yesterday was my 74th birthday and I found your channel while I was in my bed (sick with Covid), but praying praying to God! 🥲 I send you a lot of love 💚 and tones of a healing nature dear LeBella. This was very kind and I’m much more elated to find that your inner being was touched by Love! 💚💚
I am SO grateful for your beautiful, soothing narration of my favorite book of the Bible! It is comforting and renewing my soul to listen to this. Thank you so much for taking the time and effort to do this.
I love the Passion Translation & Song of Songs is one of my favourite books. When I searched both on RU-vid and found this yesterday... it did not disappoint ♡ Thank you for making this 🥰 🕊️
I'm on chapter 2 while doing art but my heart is at so much rest. The love with which you pray this is just grace, you really sound like the Bride of Christ. Thank you so so much!! Many prayers for you and your beautiful heart!
We need preachers to be preaching this. This is why there is so much divorce. We teach young people to be ashamed of sex, even with each other in marriage. We need to teach that this desire both in mind and body is normal and natural, not something to be ashamed of in marriage.
I have never heard any preachers speak against sex in marriage ever. They always preach against sex without marriage. Everybody knows this. We got too much sex talk in the world as it is. No Church is teaching Married people to be ashamed of sex. Sex is also private between partners and it should not be discussed what you’re doing privately. Now to talk about sex as a subject is different but your private business need to stay private.
@@tynikquasmith7170 1st Corinthians 7:8 says it is best not to marry, unless you believe you will succumb to lust. then it is best to marry. Songs of Solomon is an entire chapter of the bible about lust between a man & his wife. You obviously don't read the bible much.
Oh my goodness mighty woman of God. Thank you thank you thank you for this beautiful reading. I feel like the Holy Spirit is just refreshing my heart as I listen. I am going to be wearing out your playlists and checking out everything else you have done. I bless you I bless you I bless you. Thank you for this beautiful reading right from heaven
I have always hoped this kind of love could be found in another. But only God's love is so pure. Thanks Alyssa . You have a beautiful soul. Your voice is so soothing. I hope your life is filled with joy and peace. Have loved listening to you reading this dozens of times.
Thank you Alissa, the beauty of this book takes my breath away and is incomparable! 🌺 I know you are the perfect person to narrate this 😇 Bless you in Jesus name 🤗
This is the only book of the entire Bible that lifts my spirit, and find myself glowing with a huge smile from ear to ear!!! I'm Soo in love with my beloved!!!
Thank you for this audio bible in the TPT what a difference in this version! You can actually envision yourself as the bride to the bridegroom traveling through the love story. Wow I love this!
Thank you for reading this. Relationship with Yeshua, Father and Holy Spirit; is so blessed and such a privilege. So good, great. When Yeshua tells you these things Himself; - blows me away. - Its like being blown over by a feather. - So beautiful. [ I am speaking of what has happened for real, in Heaven. ] .
The song is about The Spirit Wisdom she is a most holy woman. The Book of Enoch Talks about her. For YWHW(Blessed Is He) bestowed the blessing of wisdom upon Solomon. Henceforth why he was the wisest man to live. Well was until our Lord Yehshuah Christ(Blessed Is He). I would say king Solomon was the 3rd wisest man, first our Lord and Savior(Blessed Is He), then the archangel Metatron the Prince of Presence(aka enoch one of the faithful witness of revelation 11:3) and lastly king Solomon.
Thanks for revealing to me the part that the first Son of God, Jesus Christ is playing in this book. I have always heard that the work of Jesus is in this book. I have listened to the reading of most of the book by most of the readers however your reading has opened my mind to the devine revelations in Song Of Solomon
I know. watchman was the most amazing st. of the 20th century.. I don't know what I would have done in my young walk in Christ without his teaching. What a breath of fresh air he was. It is crazy And beyond belief, that he spent the last 20 plus years of his life in a Chinese prison where he was forbidden to utter even a word about Christ or he would be beaten or possibly killed..
The shulamite had such intense feelings because she was in such great need. She must have been one of Solomon’s first wives. She was not a quote on quote low class woman because she was quote on quote royalty. YET she was simple and wore a cloth of humility not because she was low class. She must have remained faithful to Solomon although he had many wives. Her humble nature must have given her loyal and faithful virtues and values. Her association with Solomon proves she did not belong to just any family but high society. The way she tended sheep because she was a shepherdess who nurtured the flock.
@@sharoncherian5682 It’s beautiful what you said…the humility…I admire. Even with her Royal status she was content with being simple and down to earth…
Alissa you did a wonderful job reading this book. I loved the way you emphasized every word . I could feel the passion as you read. One thing I noticed at 24:44 you ended chapter 6 at verse 10 but it has 13 verses. Other than that your voice is wonderful and I hope that you continue to do what you are doing ❤❤❤
The song make sense in this translation, like there is actually a plot, but i feel this translation is adding the plot by itself. It make sense, but it is not the right one anymore.
There are two distinct meanings that can be taken from the text of Song of Songs. Western Christians tend to favour the spiritual allegory that is obvious especially in passages like the passage SOS 3:6-11 which lends itself to an interpretation of the splendor of the return of Christ. However the obvious foregrounded interpretation is the love story ( complete with ups and downs) between a King and his bride . This translation favours the former and insists quite strongly on the spiritual allegory.
Brian simmons the translator of the passion translation lived in a jungle with his wife and child for 8 years as he learned a native language never written down then translated the bible and converted all the natives as they heard the gospel in their own language. Thankyou brian and candice
I read chapter 8 in NKJV and thought I understood the end, then looked in the Message & I feel like their translation completely missed her intentions in verses 11-13. Did anyone catch that or am I misunderstanding the Message version?
Hey, Brenda! I think each translation renders it according to their stance on whether or not Solomon is the Beloved/Man the Shulamite loves. Some people think there are 2 characters The Shulamite and the Shepard King while others think there are 3 characters The Shulamite, the Shepard and the King.
Prays; repents to Jesus' Holy Bible (Luke 23:46) Jesus called out with a loud voice, "Father, into your hands I commit my spirit." When he had said this, he breathed his last.Prays serves Christ
This translation brings out the prophetic meaning from the metaphor of King Solomon’s romantic love story with his bride. It reveals the intimate and passionate love of King Jesus with His ‘bride’ - those who are forgiven and made one with Him by the Holy Spirit, through faith.
There are,(min)two types of people, thus two stories for this book.(maybe)One a beautifully passionate tale of Godly love, the other a terrifying warning of the pitfalls of adultery on a scale unimaginable.....my opinion, not a scholar by any means.
