You know what kind of vibes this music gives me? It's like those closing musics from cartoon and anime episodes, I think. Like, the episode is about to end and narrator starts talking, but it's not quite the anime's Ending yet and you're just left with the narrator asking " what will happen in the next episode?". THEN, and only then, the Ending starts.
I need to get off at the wrong stop more often if bangers like this play! Gives me some sort of intense area vibe, maybe a place the main characters weren't meant to go, or got put there against their will. Now they have to go through it despite not being part of their original plan.
1:24 Shady, I hope your guitar didn’t burn to a crisp after shredding like that. That was fire 🔥🎸🤘. I would love to hear more music in this style. Amazing work!
The feelings I get from this are that of being lost, without knowing when you'll find the right path, the path you know. Procrastinating on revision, I did a bit of creative writing :) "The bus leaves before you realise this is not your stop. The dirt that you stand on feels... different. You look around, there doesn't seem to be anyone here. You don't recognise this town, you've never seen it before, but you're sure that this was your stop. Looking from the bus stop name to the timetable, you realise that this stop isn't on your route. It's not on any route. You start to walk in the direction the bus went, hoping to find somewhere you recognise soon... The road you walk on stretches on, you feel lost. 30 minutes pass, or maybe an hour, before things change. You were walking absent-mindedly, having grown bored of the repetitive buildings, when you walked into... air? It's like you walked into an invisible wall, but that's not possible, is it? You look down. Your path has... ended. The road beyond the invisible wall is simply gone, replaced by an abyss. You look left and right, exactly the same. You walk back, and run down a side-street to your left. You run into the wall, here it cuts into the path at an angle. Your nose is bloody. It's like you're trapped in a dome. You feel like you're going to be here for a while."
This sounds like a theme that would play after a character you have been traveling with has just betrayed you and now you have a limited amount of time to stop them before they end the world
Once when I was in high school taking the bus home, I missed my stop because I was blocked off by all the dumbass kids sitting on the bus floor (it was a packed bus). So, I got off at the next stop which didn't seem too far from my house but when I got off, I got lost and probably spent like an hour walking around trying to find my house. Can confirm that this is exactly the song that was going through my head.
Last week, I had a dream that I had to walk down a flight of stairs from a train platform to reach the street. Two green-eyed drones - one at the top, one at the bottom - were mounted on a beam suspended from the ceiling, which would define their natural path. Anytime they saw me, a free-moving variant would appear at the bottom, but they moved very slowly, and I was able to get down to the street unscathed despite being seen four times on the way down. If the free-moving types were faster and I actually had to fight them, I might have heard this song. I need to check out more of these 'relatable' game/movie-type songs that you do.
This is so true... Naturally, re-routing using other bus lines will take you to where you want to go, an hour and a half late... That encapsulates the feelings pretty well!
Shaaaaaaadyyyyyy link to spotify says coming soon but hooooooow soooooooooon. I wanna jam out to it while driving and looking at spooked people at bus stops.
How dare you?! Getting off at the wrong stop is my biggest hidden fear! My biggest unhidden fear is getting attacked by flying stingy things, if you want an idea for another song to make me feel uncomfortable yet liking it.
this is what plays when you get off at the wrong stop and a 7'1 pro wrestler wearing a roman centurion uniform starts aggressively strutting across the 4 lane street in your direction
Hey Shady, I've noticed that you've been trying a lot of different music styles, but I think it'd be cool if you made a bossa nova style song, or like a theme for beach during a sunset. Idk, but I think that'd be cool.
giving me Urbz/Sims vibes! overall, really well made! (also, yeah, the video name for this song fits perfectly, i can totally imagine getting lost to this beat and then TRYING TO OUTRUN A STALKER as it builds up toward the ending)
hi!:) Subrcribed recently and like your stuff. Been sick for a while and I feel like it helped a little. Because of a mix of several mental illness, I do a lot of stuff like gaming, 3d modeling and even dabble in music. The program (or website, really) I've been using is kinda... bad. Out of curiosity, it'd be nice to know what you use so I could look into it. Music is one of my passions, and being able to make it better is something I absolutely strive for. Love your content:)
The kinda tune for sneaking through "the bad part of town" in a techno setting! Im wondering if there are any motifs you carry between these challenges. Im busy enough that i miss some of these challenge videos. How about one from me; Song that plays when someone steals your hot & fresh pizza Inspired by an event that took place on the train today on the way home !
He uses Cubase I'm pretty sure. Costs a lot of money though. Others include Logic and FL Studio (also cost money. I personally have used Cakewalk (good but a buggy mess) and Reaper (technically paid but supposedly lets you save projects after the trial)
