People celibrate Songkran in Pattaya in Thailand and the date is April 19th 2018. Songkran is the Thai New Year national holiday! This day is the last day of Songkran in Pattaya city.
I start my walk on Pattaya Second Road and walk down Pattaya Central Road down to Pattaya Beach Road. I go along Beach Road which is closed for traffic and ending up at Central Festival. Its too crowded so I go up to Second Road again. I finish my stroll ar Central Road in Pattaya Klang.
I am trying to walk threw Soi 7 which has a lot of bars with my iphone, but I get wet and have to turn back again!
Songkran is a huge event in Thailand and both the locals and tourists play water!
