Nice - LZ owns probably 50% of rock's greatest moments... and that Jimmy Page entry after the experimental interlude is one of them.

Whole Lotta Love is one of my favorites from led Zeppelin oh heck they're all my favorites I don't have a favorite. Every song is a masterpiece trust me I've been listening to them for over 50 years. There is nothing like going down the rabbit hole when you're getting the LED OUT

Really enjoyed your commentary. Zeppelin were not just musicians, they were also artists. They lived the music. They came out of a love of Jazz and American blues.

Led zeppelin 'The rain song' is a different vibe but one of my all time favourites. 'Since I've been loving you' is epic aswell.

Zep was primarily hard rock/heavy blues, however, they definitely incorporated many aspects of other musical genres such as folk, country, jazz, motown, funk, R&B and more in addition to sounds from Morocco, India and other places into their music. I will be honest though, the "dance" clip they showed was from the encore section of their concert from Earls Court in 1975; they came onstage for a second encore (I believe), and they were sort of dancing about being silly because they weren't sure what number to do for the encore. That being said, it doesn't take away from how correct you were in noticing that they were taking musical influence from many areas and making it their own to share with the world.

Please do Led Zeppelin's "In My Time of Dying" live at Earls Court, 1975; it will knock your socks off! imo, I grew up with the greatest music: The Beatles, Rolling Stones, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Original Fleetwood Mac (with Peter Green), Traffic, etc. etc.

That was 🔥I love how the music goes from one ear to the other through the headphones 🎧. Can you believe that when I was in my teens & early 20s, I didn't care for this kind of music, at all. But now I absolutely 💯 love it. ❤

I love Led Zepplin. My husband is a Rocker Head. My uncle would listen to them too and was learning to play guiter. I remember hearing them as a kid. And even though they are a rock band, their music has rhythm.

The theramin is the instrument that produces the psychedelic sounds in the tribal section. You should definitely check out Led Zeppelin’s catalogue of music …. 9 albums of perfection.

Wanted to recommend the entire 26 minutes of the song Dazed and Confused from the Madison Square Garden concert. Prepare to be mind blown ! Must be viewed in it's entirety to catch the explosive guitar soloing towards the end.

Interesting observations! I really enjoyed your reaction. To expand on your comments about music being rehashed and reinterpreted, there is a Zeppelin song called “Bring it on Home” in which Robert Plant, the singer, imitates Sonny Boy Williamson in the beginning and then Zeppelin proceeds to redesign the song. You might want to check it out.

led zep formed in 1969 by the guitarist jimmy Page who is also the producer. The vocalist is Robert Plant , the drummer John Bonham and the bassist / keyboard player is John Paul Jones . They are all brilliant in their own right despite being aged between 19 and 23 when the band formed - together they are magical. Their songs have infinite variety and change throughout each track - you don't end up where you started off. Jimmy Page had the double neck guitar made so he could play all the guitar parts from Stairway to heaven without changing guitars during live performances. The bottom part is a six string the top part is twelve string. If you are going to react by album you should start with Led Zep 1 and work through. If you want to jump in at the deep end try Dazed and Confused . looking forward to watching your journey...

That's not the tribal dance that you would think. The images are not all from the same performance, and some Led Zeppelin members did a little dance at the end of a successful gig. I think it was a little jig they did but only for a few seconds. You can find it in a separate video on youtube.

Oh and if you want to see a little further into the void.... Pink Floyd "Echoes" (Part 1) Live at Pompeii 1972 Just a little song, very few words, so only covers all life on the entire planet and how we are all related and should be better human beings 😎

Just recently discovered your channel. I feel that I must critique you on this one particular point . Never, and I mean, never mention rap music when you’re doing a Led Zeppelin review. It is sacrilegious. Trying to compare true, talent and genius, with a bunch of thugs, using laptops in autotune, always talking about the same shit. Turns my stomach.
