Sonic '06 Is Better Than You Remember 

i remember wasting an entire summer in 2012 just mastering this game; no damage in crisis city, getting both walljump skips in radical train mach speed section, the works. i had a blast. nowadays i do like to at least rewatch the cutscenes on yt just for nostalgia. its the last time they actually made shadow cool (before the new sonic generations that is). one thing you gotta look up is the Christopher Niosi of His World for a sonic 30th anniversary tribute, and you can hear the hedgehogs voice actors reprise their roles and they sound glorious now. i enjoyed this video. aside from some of the background music making it sound like you have asthma when listened through old laptop speakers (unintentional i'm sure lol), i think it was a good rundown of the story.

Great video! Tbh you come off like a guy who might enjoy Final Fantasy, so I'd highly recommend playing Final Fantasy XV. In fact, I think it'd be cool to see a video where you maybe argue for why people should give it a chance

So minus the gameplay execution, Solaris is kind of peak. You're three Super formed hedgehogs fighting against an actual god (typical day for Sonic honestly) that simultaneously exists in the past, present, and future so they basically have to do the greatest coordinated attack ever. All the while Solaris Phase 2 is blaring in the background being the masterclass of an OST that it is

The parts of Sonic 06's story plot that other people think ruined it don't bother me much, also I never knew about this game in my youth and I've never had any of the consoles that the original version of it was made to be playable on either. I've made a deal with my parents to share some money with them so that my only Christmas gift this year can be a laptop PC that would be officially owned and used by myself, and an adult friend will help me pick the right one. I've been planning to download that P-06 remake from Chaos X into it so that I can play that impressive fanmade version of Sonic 06 and it has been revealed that the final release of it is likely to become available either later this year or early next year. That final release will only include the boss battles and the Last Story though. Chaos X isn't going to include the Story mode and the hub-worlds likely because he himself will have done enough by then, but it has been mentioned that after that release some other people could possibly get interested in making mods of those 2 missing parts so that it can be fully completed. PS, tbh I think that Sonic 06 looks more like a Sonic Adventure 3 game that was never given that logo, than a reboot game for that franchise.

I'm wondering if playing through the story three times got tiresome even though there were different things going on. It is interesting that they kept the same bosses but I wish I they did something different for Sonic and Shadow. Also, I immediately was like THEME OF LAURA when it started playing Also, where tf are my gummy worms Dustin?? 😭
