Sonic 3 A.I.R. Mania Edition is not only an Ultimate Pack, but a collection of mods made by various creators.
Main feature here being Ultimate Mania Pack, made by the Chaos Team. Many others include Mania Title Screens (by EL MERCENARIO JT), Mania Eggman (by Snocgamer), Blue Glasses Eggman (by Sms8Powa), Mania Inspired Green AIZ Palette (by agnoristos), Mania Special Stage Ring (by Bluestreak), Mania Style Special Stage Results (by agnoristos), Mania Level Objects (by Snocgamer), Mania Elemental Shields (by Bluestreak), Mania Shield (by RonaTheRTD), Mania / Tri Amentia Music Pack (by CarJem), and Mania-Esque Invincibility (by RonaTheRTD).

Alright, truth be told I was undecided on what I was going to do, either do 1 story or just random gameplay, but honestly said screw it and went all out on both Sonic & Knuckles' stories 100%. There is 1 mod that didn't seem to work, that being Mania Level Objects, seems that only the rings were appearing just fine but others that should've appeared would be springs, checkpoints, and spikes.
With the Ultimate Pack, you got options based on Peelout Sprite & Sonic Palette (could be normal sprites or possibly super/hyper sprites). Recommended as well you have the Blue Glasses Eggman mod to get Mania Eggman to work.
