1. The third game (the beta demo) featured in an article about bootlegs on Platypus Comix. Look it up! 2. In the Mario All-Stars hack, those buildings look like they may be Marble Zone. Meaning in the bootleg's universe/continuity, Marble Zone was flooded at some stage after Sonic 1. Nice! 3. The last game is in Portuguese ('os Mauniks' is a direct Portuguese translation of 'the Badniks', making the game 'Sonic vs the Badniks.) Probably a hack/homebrew for the ever bootleg-happy Brazilian market.
Riah Wren I’m afraid not, this RU-vidr is notorious for inventing fake bootleg cartridges which don’t really exist, it’s incredibly obvious that this was faked by the fact that the first game is clearly an NES/Master System game, but the “cartridge” he showed was a Mega Drive cartridge, and some eof the other games are for different systems.
@@justanotheryoutubechannel you do know nes/master games can be played in genesis via emulation or even if the game was made to look like it right? the same way you can play nes games on gba

Sonyc was originally made for the MSX which was a complete game with badnicks, a boss fight, ways to actually finish a level (something that you can't do on this GBA port) and even having some music which is actually pretty good (you can even find the OST of the game on youtube from the composer himself). You think with you finding all these bootleg gam- I mean "finding this bootleg Genesis cartridge" (despite only 1 out of the 6 games you showed being on the genesis) you would have maybe done a bit more research on the games you're talking about before making mistakes like this.
The reason why Conner didn't reshearch informations is because Conner wasn't playing the demo , he just steal the demo video from GullianSeed (one of the programmer of Sonyc). When he talk about the game called Jurassic Boy , he just stealed the video of the ROM hack version where there's Sonic instead of Chen (That's the name of the dinosaur in Jurassic Boy) , Conner dosen't care of searching informations and he just steal some videos instead of playing the games , Conner just want money instead of putting real effort.
Yeah I noticed that with some of the videos getting some things wrong like Mega Man The Power Battle being called a fan game when it's a game officially made by Capcom for arcades for example, or mentioning the pilot for OK K.O. in his failed pilots video despite OK K.O. being confirmed to be coming to Cartoon Network complete with the show's intro being uploaded on their official youtube channel a month prior to his video, or acting like he played that Kirby vs Mega Man fan game despite that never being released to the public, or calling Kirby's Avalanche a ripoff of Dr Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine despite both games being Puyo Puyo (doesn't help that both games were handled by the original developers of Puyo Puyo), just to name a few examples.
The last game was a Brazilian/Portuguese game. “Mau” means “bad”, and “os” means “the”, so… it means sonic vs the badniks. So, Mauniks is the Portuguese/Brazilian fan name for badniks. Spanish and Portuguese are very different things.
To be fair to him, I'm Brazilian and even I thought it was Spanish since I couldn't figure out what "mau nik" meant and start is iniciar both in Spanish and Portuguese. Also, "Mau nik" is the dumbest fan-translated name I've heard.

The version of Jurassic Boy 2 you played is actually a hack of an already bootlegged game, swapping the player sprite with Sonic, hence the confusing ending, as they didn't replace the sprite for the cutscene. Sonyc clearly labeled it was a demo on the bootup, something you even showed, so I don't know why you bothered asking so many questions. And 'Death and Return of Tails' is likely just another chinese game with the name changed, though the Monkey Boy carrying a stick should have tipped you off to the fact that the game is at least loosely based on the classic Japanese tale 'Journey to the West.' Sonic vs OS Mauniks is a hack of Psycho Fox, a successor to the NES Kid Kool and predecessor to Decap Attack.
Even worse, Conner steals footage from small youtubers and talks as if it was his own, he also lies multiple times and makes so many simple mistakes just to show how badly he researches anything. In other words, he's a bad youtuber.
Speedy Dragon doesn’t look half bad for a Genesis “Bootleg” I don’t think many bootlegs pulled off 3D well, if not, at all. It looks like licensed knockoff at best.
Jurassic Boy 2 (but no Jurassic Boy 1), Sonic Dragon, Sonyc (brought to you by the letter Y), The Death & Return Of Tails, Sonic Jam 6, Sonic vs. OS Mauniks (Don't ask!)... At least this collection doesn't contain Sonic 06 (or Sonic Oh-NO, if you prefer)!
I don't think it's possible for them to put an NES game, a GBA game and 2 games from an obscure Taiwan console (so obscure that there's no emulators for it) into a Genesis cartridge. Out of all the games he showed in this video only Sonic Jam 6 and Sonic vs Whatever (Which by the way is just Psycho Fox but with Sonic, I don't know why he didn't mention that) would be possible to put onto a Genesis multicart since they're both games that would be able to run on a Genesis (Yes even the Master System game would be able to run since the Genesis is able to play Master System games natively).
They still used the wrong sprite work if it were supposed to be Peel-Out, they basically just took the Spin Dash sprites and placed them underneath the main sprite's torso
