I remember way back during my high school years I would grab my trusty flip phone--and this was an _actual_ flip phone--boot up Sonic Unleashed and just go to town. I remember staying up late and attempt to beat one of the stages I kept falling. And this was during the time when Sonic Unleashed was the latest and greatest Sonic game. Also, if you think playing as the Angry Birds in Sonic Dash isn't weird enough already, try playing as Hello Kitty instead. Yeah, that's a thing. And I thought her being in Super Mario Maker wasn't weird enough. Also also, the red Angry Bird's name is Red. Yeah, really creative there.
r/quityourbullshit you literally said on another comment that your first sonic game was colours on the DS so I don’t know how you could’ve played any of the previous sonic mobile games seeing as the only ones released after sonic colours DS (2010) release date were sonic jump fever, sonic runners, sonic runners adventure and the dash series, which are all NEW and not memorable sonic games.
That's a nice idea. A sonic go game that encourages parkour, I can just imagine it already. Everyone driving in vehicles instead and getting into car crashes. *Facepalm*
Conner, the angry birds epic event wasn't the only crossover event in sonic dash, you forgot to mention the other 2 characters that made a crossover event with sonic dash. Those two characters were hello kitty and pac-man Plus the angry birds in sonic dash wasn't the only part of the angry birds and sonic crossover event. In the game "angry birds epic" (angry birds but its an RPG) they had a sonic event where you could have sonic on your team and fight sonic villians, and the event was WAAAAAAAY worse, all the sonic characters had .PNG images for sprites, had no soundclips, and there was no background music Edit: nevermind there actually is voiceclips and background music, when I was a kid going through the event for some reason there was no music or voiceclips from sonic characters in my game
Angry Birds was a good game series, until Rovio became like EA (very greedy). Thus making me hate the franchise, because Rovio ruined all of the classic games (and Angry Birds Space was my favorite game). When I found out that they did a crossover with Sonic, I was like “Why did this needed to happen?”. Anyways, years past and I lost interest in Angry Birds, but then my mom took me to see the Angry Birds Movie. It was a total cringe fest. Heck, the characters didn’t truly acted like how they did in the game. Then, there was the modern spin offs...I don’t want to talk about them... R.I.P. Angry Birds 2009 - 2018, thanks for the fun in 2009-13. *Wait, this is a Sonic video, oof.*
The mention of Sonic Go, made me think about how that could work. So, basically. It would be like Pokemon Go, where you walk around. And you you try to find Chaos Emeralds. It could probably use GPS technology to detect where road is, so that chaos emeralds don't spawn in the road. The Chaos Emeralds would most likely only spawn within a 500 meter radius of where you are at when you boot up the app. So that getting the Chaos Emeralds only takes around 10 minutes to do. Whenever you get close enough to an emerald. One of Eggman's robot's will start to fight you in a minigame, if you win. You get the chaos emerald, if you lose. The emerald goes somewhere nearby. Once you get all of the emeralds, your score is tallied on how many times you tried to defeat a robot, and your time. This may be a bad idea. But i feel like it would be pretty interesting.
Minesweeper is played like this: The Number you get is how many mines surround the space in diagonal, Horizontal, and vertical. Clear out the other spaces until there are the amount of spaces left as the amount of mines, then flag those spaces.
Those were third-person views. Someone actually made a first-person Sonic game. It's super nauseating, because just as in the real games, Sonic flips around when he jumps.
Dude I remember playing the Sonic Unleashed mobile game so much as a kid, back when Gameloft used to do a lot of popular fictional character games and had a very nostalgic logo :)
The Red Angry Bird's name is literally Red, yellow is Chuck, black is Bomb, white is Matilda, beeg red is Terrance, green is Hal, orange is Bubbles, blue is Jim, Jake, and Jay, pink is Stella, and I'm gonna stop right there because I probably already annoyed someone
Sonic Hopping. Would you believe Raocow 100%ed this game for his Sonic marathon? Yeah, I didn't think it'd happen either. YAAAAAAAAAAY! So crazy to see these documented! :D
The Sonic Unleashed mobile game was really good when it came out. There wasnt anything like this on a mobile phone. This wasn't that long after the most amazing thing ever was playing Snake on a Nokia 3310! There were also some really good versions of Splinter cell- which I believe played a lot like the gameboy advance versions, and even Rayman and King of Fighters. I had a lot of fun with them back then anyway...
