Sonic Adventure 2 Battle: All Big The Cat Cameos! 

The cameos should have been kept in all versions because they give Big a wonderful trait of normal cats: the ability to get where they are not supposed to be, against all logic or reason.

I was not mentally prepared for 12:14 It caught me so off guard, the voice clip timing is perfect.

You found him on trees in a jungle, on a battle ship, and even in and outside an abandoned space station ( also in a odd poisonous liquid there ) that nobody except Big has heard about until Eggman discovered it. Proof that Big the Cat is the strongest character in the Sonic series

It's cool how you see him sort of go on the same journey as Adventure 1, where he tries to find froggy in areas where the other playable characters are.

And to this day, Big the Cat is still looking for Froggy

You missed a couple.Knuckles's Egg Quarters has Big in a different place in Hard mode,on the opposite side of the generator,Tails can find him in Hard mode on Mission street at the end where he "accidentally" drops a part of the road, and Sonic can find him on Final Rush up on an alcove.For cutscenes when Shadow meets Sonic Big is running around the mech,In the dark version of "I am the Eggman",Big can still be seen In the door when Egg Golem rises,and in the final story when Eggman is freaking out about the cannon not firing,Big looks over the edge

I can't tell you how satisfying this video is to watch. As someone who grew up with the GC version, I remember going on like IGN, GameFaqs, and Supercheats as a kid and seeing tons of posts saying, "Big the Cat can be found here...", with no photographic proof or anything. After a while I just thought they were trolling. They would get my hopes up, just to have them crushed when I would search high and low and not find Big anywhere (besides by mashing buttons in a few cutscenes). Even once I was older and found more documentation on how Big was only in the DC version, and was replaced with inaccessible rings in the GC version, I just felt gypped. Thank you for making this video, and I'm glad Big was added back in to what appears to be the definitive version of this game.

I love how these were added just to troll the people who hated Big when what we really hated was poor writing and unwanted mandatory fishing. The issue wasn't the character for the most part. He has fans, but he was easily the most shoehorned in character in Sonic Adventure.

There's also another cameo on the Gamecube version where if you (repetitively) press the ABX & Y buttons during the first scene of the last episode, Big actually falls from the flipping ceiling and lands to the right of Eggman while he's busy looking at the monitor. I kid you not, people.

Head Canon: Big the Cat is a stoner getting high off licking Froggy which is why he’s so chill and just shows up wherever.
