Forget about the board, I'm pretty sure, if it works, that this could cut bone in half. Now you can cube cheese and get rid of your latest victim!! Voila!!!!
I actually just keep a giant chainsaw for my cutting jobs, sure, everything looks ragged but the look of the neighbors when I'm making dinner is priceless.
I still have mine I bought it back then and I've used it many times since i bought it. It works great. And they still bright quite a bit of money on eBay. I wouldn't mind having an extra battery as it runs out after FULLY slicing around 4 to 5 full size turkeys. That is still a good run time
I always wondered this. If they tout the knife as a tool that can cut through anything with ease, then how come it doesn't manage to cut through the table or breadboard when it reaches the bottom of the food item?! Just a thought...
"Look what sawing action of ordinary knife does to this sandwich, we've all done that!" 0:48. I can honestly say I've never had a sandwich that big. I don't think I could take bites of it.
What's the difference between this and an electric knife, apart from this one might be faster? I don't see where the "sonic" is coming from. I'm sure it's a great knife and all, and the video makes it look very good indeed, but it's hardly moving by sonic power (for example an ultrasonic knife (and these exist!))
+TARINunit9 If it was up to me, I would categorize foods by its uses. Fruits are usually used as a dessert ingredient. So if you were to ask "Is this a fruit or veggies?" I'd say "Would you use this in a dessert?" So would you use a mushroom in a dessert? No. So it's a vegetable
this is a good product..i mean it can cut through anything..very nice...and it saves money because slicing a slice of bread in half can double the life of a loaf of bread
Wow, this really deserves the name, on one half, looks fine in the commercial but when you use it, it's sucks harder than a colonic irrigation... oh and I guess it has some resemblance to a blue hedgehog, just maybe
0:00 - 0:10 well the demonstrator cutter isn't using the correct knife to cut it. Serrated blades are easier to cut bread chicken and tomatoes than chef knives
My parents bought a steam cleaner that was being advertised on an infomercial. However when they got it, it was useless. Ive bought stuff from infomercials and NONE of them work like they do on the TV. People don't 'mock' informercials for fun, they do it because its the truth. Nothing from an infomercial works like it does on the TV.
It's an electric knife. $10 at a department store. Even if it's better than a normal electric knife, you would cut a hell of a lot of wood out of your cutting board.
You saying that, Ive read reviews of this knife, and it even has trouble cutting warm butter, and it simply baulks if you try to cut hard cheese with it. So much for the 'NCSS technology'.
Just a minute! That whole roast chicken clearly has had its skeleton/bones removed! That pizza clearly WASN'T frozen as you can see it flex slightly when cut! If it was frozen it would be rock hard and even a normal electric knife would have difficulty cutting frozen foods. EVEN IF YOU NEVER USED A KNIFE BEFORE?! Ive handled a knife when I was a child! This advert is such an insult to anyone's intelligence i'd be surprised if people are actually dim enough to buy it!
