I'm gonna make a cat for my Playthrough, What are you guys gonna be?

So you can be a bird which will at certain times run at the same pace as Sonic (which is bloody fast) you know what that means... MEEP! MEEP!

The only reason I want this game

That's interesting to see that certain animal types get specific head shapes depending on the gender. Too bad the hedgehog quills are all kinda underwhelming.

I wish that they have a Bat design to be honest...

I can cosplay as Falco? Neat.

Are they going to expand on this? Heights, builds, more styles and species? Should be bats, lizards, foxes, fish? Robots? Idk. I go crazy in character customization. Big factor of a game for me.

Its a pity they didn't add any body thickening options. A medium and heavy build would have been nice when considering the Bear selection. The that body is just too slim and when you consider Knuckles in Sonic Boom, they surely could have added it in this game!

Haven't gotten the full game yet due to a lack of fund and time. With making any Sonic OC jokes, I think it's neat that SEGA/Sonic Team let folks create their own character to play with but I feel it kinda falls short on a few things (atleast for me): 1. No different body heights or builds, everyone has the exact same proportions. This is alright in some games, but I find it strange here because there are a number of notable characters that are proportionally different looking from each other (Big, Vector, Charmy, Cream, etc.) When I saw Bear's were a playable species, I imagined a very bulky looking characters because well...Bears of all kinds are pretty bulky animals. 2. The lack of any playable species that aren't mammals or bird. Seriously, you have the whole animal kingdom to pick from and Team Chaotix consists of a Crocodile, A Chameleon, and a Bee. I get they can't include every animal, but why no Lizard or Insect categories? That's just my gripes with the character creator. It does look like something I wanna mess around with but I do feel it's lacking in atleast 2 crucial areas myself. Needless to say, your mileage may vary, these are just my 2¢.

Kinda wished add more options to this like adding spike or hairstyles, changing your body type(I know that this game is for kids), and new clothes from Sonic Creator game from DeviantArt. Still it look cool nonetheless. I am definitely going to get the game for Christmas

If I had this game, I would try to make the Sonic from Sonic Boom. My reason for this? Because ya gotta have a third Sonic to round out the roster, am I right?

Hey thanks alot for making this and not spoiling any of the story, it's cool to think about what to make and being able to see all my options, I will be being a dog with pointy ears, to try and match Lucario to the best of my ability :D

I wish they added more customization options for your character either on this game or for the next sonic game.

The black & white edit reminds me of old timey 'Toons and Furries - like a Max Fleischer Cartoon - I'm definitely feeling the "Vintage Toon in Black & White TV" look for a few Playthroughs. I hope there's plenty of OC Content and Gameplay!

If I think about it, the custom character I originally planned to make was my raccoon fan character, using the wolf that would resemble the closest. But when I looked at the abilities, it doesn't seem useful in boss fights, so I wanted to go with the bird, I have a character (also an anthropomorphic bird) that doesn't have Sonic characters as base, so I wonder if I could make her in Sonic base form.

This is one of the main things I was excited about for this game, but fuck, this is so barebones. Not even any large quills for hedgehogs. For someone who loves a good character creator, this is extremely disappointing. They took one of the coolest things about the look of the hedgehogs, and threw it straight in the trash.

I'm pretty disappointed with hedgehog's head shapes. We can't use big spikes, the coolest thing with hedgehogs. And we don't have "Fox" option, it would be cool. Bat could be a good one, too. I don't think SEGA should use "Bear" instead of "Fox", no one really cares about bears.

I imagine they'd add the other species as DLC later, like Echidna, Bat, Crocodile, Bee, Chameleon, maybe some others we haven't seen, like Frog, Owl, Lion, Rat. I made up a character a while back who was an Owl about the size of Big the Cat, and I named him Jax the Owl.

I hope they make another Sonic forces game. I really enjoyed making my own Sonic character. I made mine a bird since it was the only archosaur in the game.

Is it possible to change different more specific parts of the Avatar that were chosen from the beginning in-between levels during gameplay? Specifically stuff like the race, gender, and voice. I know for a fact it's possible to add new customizations in-between levels, such as different styles of clothing and what not, but I do wonder if it is possible to change those more specific details about the Avatar. In most games with customizable characters, they usually make the gender option completely unchangeable after first having made a choice on one, and I'm pretty sure this kind of thing could apply to race and voice as well, although these choices are usually much more free.

They should add an online multiplayer mode were about 3 people playing as there avatars can fight bosses together wouldn't that be friggin cool as heckles

Very minor pet peeve.. The cat mouth is oddly more 'bulby' than either Blaze or Big's own.

They should bring back character creation in future games, though this time give more screentime. Do what DBXenoverse did, essentially: You are a main character, but you aren't the paragon that stars in the show. You're just the star of your own story.

So I see that creating a character like Felix the Cat would not be so simple... The best ears a hedgehog has, hm.

I would of liked Silver’s quills or Super Sonic’s quills youd think they would put Sonic’s quills as an option too but what ever im still stoked to get this game today

I would have chosen the original wolf maybe with a different red eyes and the ears with fur at the end (Head shape, type 2). I would had called him Kay if we could name him and if i had the game. Normally i love cats but in this game, i prefer the wolf. You can see him from 2:40 to 2:43, just imagine the red eyes.

Is it just me or the options for the eyes, especially for the hedgehogs feel incomplete, like there missing something. Like maybe the type of eyes Sonic, Amy, Shadow and Every single Official Hedgehog Character have.

this was the hardest part of the game for me. i never had an oc, i had no idea of what i wanted my chatacter to look like... but i wanted my cat to look pretty. and it was hard. everythingiselectedmadeitlooksouglylol
