If I had known this was a thing I would have entered. I bought the game a week later when it came out. By the time I got it I was having fun making characters. I made my own OC, 3 to be exact back in 2014 and I made it in the game. It was almost how i imagine it. Years went by and I see this? Man I wish i was there. Other than that congratulations everyone.

What would make up for this if they made the ultimate sonic game. Sonic forces 2 1) Better combat 2) Better customization (including adjusting the height of your character) 3) Cac fights like sonic/ shadow (no need of a wispon) 4) Bring all bosses from the sonic games back with new ones but the main one will be Nazo 5) Have sonic and shadow discover a new pair of rings that allows them to make Shadic (super Shadic/ hyper Shadic) 6) Have a classic version of everyone come help including a classic version of your cac 7) Have levels and areas strictly for your character only and others with others. (Everyone has a part. Cac story with all the levels and bosses they face, sonic story with all the levels and bosses he fights, etc and make them challenging) 8) Cac hedgehog can use boost and zip a collect rings like sonic/ Shadow and also go super like them too (basically the hedgehog is like the Saiyan race in XenoVerse) 9) Make your character new (Have a new cac joining the sonic forces fighting along side your old cac) 10) Add in a sonic heroes gameplay in ( with 3 characters you can swap from) depending on who your cac is will depend on if you're a speed, power, or fly type. Will be listed at the bottom. 11) MAKE TAILS USEFUL AND NOT LAME 12) Make some complicated boss battles that actually takes some effort to beat 13) Online pvp 14) Online boss fights (story mode bosses and some that wasn't in the game to make it more interesting) 15) Make skills/ abilities and ultimates for both original characters and cac to boost gameplay and add unlockable skills that you can learn from levels, original characters, and leveling up. The most important one 16) Actually take your time to finish the game and not rush so you can release the perfect game. The hedgehog will be a speed type (the fastest) Bunny and bird will be a fly type (the second fastest) Others will be a power type. Feel free to add on

Still struggling to figure out my character. I wrote a rewrite of Forces and want to replay the game to visualize it, but I've no idea what animal she should be. Back when Sonic 4 came out, I thought Labyrinth was pronounced Lady Rith, if personal memories could help. Besides that? Nothin.

I have always said it and I will repeat it again, Sonic Forces will not have the "best character creation system" but it is an alternative to make an OC without being a complete re-color quickly and easily

I know I'm late to the party, (and this is kinda cringe😑) but I came up with 2 sonic ocs. The first is Axel the hedgehog, which is possible for me to make in sonic forces. The second is Red the hedgehog, or his original name, blood sonic. I have a small backstory for his odd name btw. He was a clone of sonic created by eggman, using a sample from both sonic and knuckles. His purpose was supposed to be almost like a backup for metal sonic, but he was convinced to join sonic's side just like knuckles was. Lol once again, it's a little cringe 😬
