Okay I cheated, the first race is a level 1 Infinite. I originally wanted a level 1 gameplay video but I couldn't resist so I upgraded him as much as I could.
My character "showcase" videos looks like this:
Level 1 gameplay - the unlocked character
Level 12 - max projectile
Level 14 - max boost
Level 16 - max trap and a fully upgraded character
In this case, I skipped the level 1. He's too weak.
