Mike Pollock always has that duality to his performance as Eggman. One half as the Curious and Intellegent Scholar, the other a Megalomaniacle Egotist with a preference for bombasticaly deadly machinery and Amusment Parks.

i think watching him progressively see sage as a daughter and being proud of her shouldn't have been relegated to the memo's as while optional they're legit one of the better mini arcs in the series and genuinley makes you feel for eggman at the end

I missed Eggman's serious tone,it's nice to see this side of his character return for good after all this time,the last time we saw it was like,06? In Unleashed he just kinda alternated between serious and goofy (that scene where that kid threw a rock at him kills me,but I will admit it's kind of a BRUH moment to go from "I split the f*cking Planet apart" to "a kid threw a rock at me with a goofy ahh sfx") and then it was just "haha Baldy McNosehair go brrr"

Sonic’s reaction to that specific egg memo line as shown in the thumbnail is perfectly on spot. He’s really like “Darn that must suck big time for someone like yourself Eggman. I truly do feel absolutely sorry for you not meeting your Cousin Maria.”

I hope Sage will continue to help her dad in future games Like Bowser and Bowser Jr.This relationship is Frontier's best scene as it compensates for what Eggman has struggled with over the years.

Does this mean that the Chao are the physical leftovers of the ancients? Meanwhile the koco were the ancient good luck charms and inherited their spirits? I’m assuming this is what he meant about chaos being a relative of the ancients

I’m pretty sure the game said at some point dna from Chaos mutated until it became the ancients. It makes sense as Chaos is an ancient deity but that would assume the chao came beforehand

What I really love is that through out Sonics journey through Chaos Island, Tails starts to realize how much he's changed. Although I didn't like how Tails was beating himself up saying he's just a follower and fell apart when Infinite showed up and KOd Sonic. Sonic was there to tell him about Station Square, the Ark and the Deadly 6. This gets me hyped for Sonics next game, as this implies Tails may be playable. I also really like the change Eggman has gone through. He's now a father and Sage will be a cool adversary to Sonic. G.U.N is back, Sticks is canon, Tails is going back to his Adventure roots. I absolutely love this game. P.S: Sonic Adventure 2 is still my favorite game. This can be undone with the return of the Chao Garden.

It was interesting to listen to Eggman subtly shift his ramblings about his usual schemes to regarding Sage with a genuine warmth, as well as his thoughts about Maria and Sonic's closest friends.

I think I might know where Sonic Frontier’s next story is heading. Dr. Eggman still doesn’t know anything about Maria and Shadow. He acknowledges that he have heard of them and knows that they were part of Space Colony Ark, but he never knew why Shadow existed or even what happened before Maria’s passing. This could tie to Shadow having amnesia, Maria and Gerald and even Sonic himself being bearer of Chaos. But the story has to still continue within the islands. There are still simulations that Sage is uploading into Dr. Eggman’s computers.

I think that final cutscene shows Eggman will somehow release Sage and the ancients from the cyber-afterlife (ZAP thingy) and accidentally release The End as well. I really want to know what the heck The End is supposed to be and where it came from

Great content man, honestly would love to see more stuff like this that'll be good in long-term consistency viewership, mods are cool and all but it's always nice to have people like you to go to for niche specific interests, like listening to all the collectible voice logs in a specific game. This kind of content seriously goes unappreciated and it's super nice to see you bring your level of quality to a niche like this.

These are gold… I really enjoy seeing the rather wholesome side of Eggman. Also, they have a couple references to games that date back to the pre-10’s, which I love!
