Yeah but that’s because the bosses were built with the one-frame parry in mind. Because they didn’t have time to readjust everything, the bosses are way easier than they should be.

Connection: the super emeralds are locked away in a separate dimension sonic can’t reach, but another story is (I’m pretty sure) a separate timeline/dimension, so sonic team could have added the super emeralds, hidden palace, and this difficult boss fight

No, he wouldn't, Super Sonic power is enough for anything. Eith his potential unleashed he can perfect parry any attack which covers the Super Form Weakness in timelimit. Saving more time and a opening.

Damn.....you're idea is insane but first, Sonic team most fix that broken parry so that the player who controls the Titans will have a fair experience. Actually I was hoping that they would add in the next game a boss fight where you fight multiple Titans instead of one. What do you think about it ?

Oh come on! There is a mod that has wings for Supreme that are present in-game and not in just the cutscene. Can’t you mix that mod too? (I don’t really have the PC version so I don’t really know the pain of having to put mods in Sonic Frontiers.)
