Nintendo just put out a better Sonic trailer than Sega did. I was born in 1990; this feels reality shattering.

This should have been the first trailer for the game. It makes so much more sense than the weird rollout Sega did.

This trailer just reignited my hype for frontiers. Don't let us down, Sega.

It really does feel like Breath of the wild now. The big thing will be roaming the environment and fighting monsters while gathering clues, while the cyberspace zones are for progression and key collection for the next locale. Given what I’ve heard through leaks about the villain, I’m expecting a genuinely touching story, and it seems Amy is going to have a bigger role than normal. I look forward to what’s to come.

Now that there's a whole lot more information out to the public, I can happily say that I'm excited for this game! I'm optimistic as to how this game will turn out. (Also, did anybody else notice that the Sonic render used in the thumbnail was also the one used in Secret Rings/Black Knight?)

In 1:10 minute Nintendo did a far better marketing for Sonic Frontiers than Sega until now: -Explained the gameplay loop; -Basic story summary; -Dynamic music for fight sequences; -our first preview of the elusive Cyberspace Levels; -At least one of said Cyberspace Levels seems original; -Glimpse of new character/possible main antagonist of the game; -Played a little bit of the instrumental of the new main music theme; -Animations look more fluid than in the previous IGN and TGS builds; -The boost has a new "sonic boom" visual effect; -The Cyloop animation now has Sonic with a glowing outline when he uses it; -Glimpse of a new kind of attack for Sonic in combat mode.

I'M HERE! REACHING FAR ACROSS THESE NEW FRONTIERS!

Okay now we've seen more of it, I am cautiously optimistic. Sega's marketing of this game thus far made me think it was going to be another flop for the Sonic franchise but now it looks, dare I say, good! Don't want to get my hopes up too much because its Sonic and there's always a few bad ones for every decent one when it comes to this series but I will definitely be keeping an eye on this one.

Honestly I know this game gets a lot of flack for its previous marketing and the Sonic Team's previous let downs but the game actually looks exciting

Something to take note of is that the cyberspace levels seem like they’re more open and have multiple pathways. One of my biggest concerns was that the cyberspace levels were just gonna be super linear short levels like forces levels but they look pretty interesting here. EDIT: Yeah so this aged like milk. The new chemical plant cyberspace gameplay looks like it’s just copying sonic generations’ chemical plant 1:1 but removing all of the platforming and making it super linear. Thanks, SEGA.

I'm actually pretty optimistic for this despite all the recent hiccups the series has gone through. In fact watching this the game looks really interesting and I look forward to playing it come release.

I'm pretty optimistic and hyped for Sonic frontiers, as everything in this trailer looks good so far, especially the cyberspace levels, as they look SICK! This game is definitely going to be my favorite game of 2022 for sure.

I’m impressed by how good the Switch version looks.

I was honestly expecting *a lot* worse for the Switch Port. I was almost certain it was gonna be a Cloud Version... Sure it's downgraded in many regards graphically- but heck, Sega made this huge game work Natively! I'm impressed! They've been steadily increasing my interest for Frontiers after that initial game reveal flop.

Okay Sonic's music has always been heat. But I can't stop rewatching the trailer especially for those last 30 seconds. Need that ost now!

Ok, I'm hooked because of the scenes Sonic is fighting in. IT LOOKS AWESOME! The zones look AMAZING and there's more context on what we'll mainly have to do instead of walking around and solving random puzzles. Can't wait for this game to finally come out

I never thought I'd be so happy to see Green Hill but after the first looks, I totally am... Good to see traditional Sonic gameplay and hear that trademark Sonic-style music.

This is somehow better than the 2 IGN previews and the 1 gameplay demo we got. A trailer can do wonders SEGA, maybe you should hire a marketing team, I know it might be risky for such a tiny company

Let’s hope that this game will be good! The Cyberspace levels look so cool, especially that one city looking level! I also hope that the game will actually have a lot of CGI cutscenes during the story! We’ll just have to wait and see but so far, I’m excited!

I'm still a bit on the fence with this game, but with how much better this trailer looks compared to the previous ones, I'm interested to see where this goes. Hopefully the game fares well compared to the entries from the previous 10 years

For some reason, I feel like since the antagonist of this game isn't confirmed to be Eggman, I feel like if it isn't Eggman, the antagonist might be trying to control people and turn them evil, but THEY are the one being controlled.

As someone who never initially saw the appeal of Sonic, and watched from afar as Unleashed and Secret Rings came out, this is a Sonic game I would definitely try

If this version performs well I'm getting it. I haven't bought a Sonic since Mania. I purchased Sonic episode 4 parts 1 and 2 so I've been with Sonic in his lowest times and his best times.
