You know how every Need for Speed game of the 2000s, and several other racers of that time, had these exaggerated wind and "whoosh" noises whenever you pass by objects close to your vehicle? This is that concept applied to a franchise that keeps advertising speed but doesn't quite reach the sense of danger it could achieve.
Soon after finding a library of video game SFX, I've experimented with inserting them into some random gameplay footage. Here are the initial results. Rough around the corners, I know, but the point is to demonstrate the depth and excitement this kind of audio can elicit.
