The most recent version of HedgeModManager has a new code that enables support for 60fps cutscenes in Sonic Generations. However, it is experimental, as Sonic's mouth doesn't seem to work in anything higher than 30fps yet.
Also, this is the first video done via Open Broadcaster Software, and it turns out to be a thousand times better than Geforce Experience. I should have used that years ago smh.
