I have a serious love-hate relationship with this stage. The stage itself is really cool, and I appreciate all of the alternate pathways you can take. But I'm always so uptight and on-edge when I play this stage, because there are so many bottomless pits and areas where you can fall off the stage. I want to go fast, but I'm scared to, because I might send Sonic rocketing off into oblivion because I mistimed an air-boost and flew right off the edge of the stage!
I love you poor fools still pretend this game is good, when it's not. This stage is nothing but empty 3D spaces of nothing, to fool the player into thinking this turd is somehow "open". And the "alternate pathways" aren't Worth a fuck. Like here 1:03 , all this clusterfuck of rails and long platforms connect ALL to the same red teleport ball at the end. And no, Seaside Hill is fucking garbage. That turtle section is a torture.
Katsu > Whines over a "late reply" >Leaves one Also, I love how you bitch and whine over "OPEENEONZ R NAHT FAX" yet you go and claim Gens' Rooftop Run is better than Unleashed ? LMFAO Are you on meth ? That's also a big ass lie. Gens Rooftop Run is a fucking joke. It's way too short and easy, and has some of the worst obstacle placement of the game, like how it spams spiked barrels in no set order at you, or in the Quick Step section you can let Sonic slide on the walls. And it can be finished in 2 minutes at best. You probably think Forces is a good game to claim this bs lmao
@@Faceu7745 generations has the best level design for a boost game. it has a lot of paths and still decently long. just coz unleashed has longer levels doesnt mean its better
@@ziadmurad4074 Unleashed is better because it requires better memorization, more skill, and it has less braindead 2d sections. Even the slowest 2d sections had a lot of speed on it. The game doesn't have too much boring platforming too and it can be skipped through shortcuts. I still think unleashed has better level design, all the way.
@@David-zr5gh i think both are equal, i personally enjoy the thrill unleashed levels and controls give you as they’re stages are more addicting then the generations ones, but the generations levels give you a sense of freedom and wonder and i appluad those stages for that as well, why say one is better than the other when both are good
Good stage design? Check Good gameplay/feel/physics? Check Ability to look like a boss when you master the game? Check Conclusion: Sonic Generations is a GOOD Sonic game. A+
This stage has good design but it has some parts that put a bright light on Modern sonic's lacking control when moving him around in the stage if you know what I mean
