For anyone who is still wondering, the person in this video pulled this off using the HedgeModManager, and the cheat is called, “Can Always Activate Super Sonic”.
Because of Iizuka's involvement with the ASR:Transformed example I just mentioned, he may have had some say in the creation and design department. Aparently, Naoto Oshima collaborated with Yuji Naka and one other with his idea to match the design with the gameplay. The official artist was someone else and the artist for Sonic Adventure - present was Yuji Uekawa, who also draws all the characters right now. But the creator of Shadow is Iizuka. It was his idea. He also directed SA1 and 2. lol

However, neither Black Doom or Shadow are invincible. It is implied that Shadow destroyed Black Doom in Shadow the Hedgehog (which would make Black Doom Biologically Immortal), and Shadow himself was almost killed in Sonic Adventure
I wasn't thinking about cutscenes. I meant gameplay. Super Sonic didn't use chaos control at the Perfect Chaos fight and when Chaos shot something towards Chris, Super Sonic came under a second to stop it from SonicX.
I always think about "Im the coolest" it makes me laugh because it doesn't seem like something shadow would even say and they were still trying to figure out his character personality at that time
I see where you're coming from and everything. But I just got a little confused earlier because you sounded like Shadow was one of the andriods. If he was he would have rocket weapons and would die really quickly. And yeah I see what you mean by Rouge finding Eggman's treasure. And Shadow having amnesia was a nice plot-device because it creates some interesting story plot-twists. Nowadays though Shadow feels like an afterthought because in the newer games he almost says nothing and just folds
is this the actual music that plays if you fight shadow using the Green Forest music? That's pretty cool, do other songs change to alternate music when Sonic picks up the power ups?
I think a part of it is just what they decided to concentrate on as individual characters. When Shadow was first introduced, he was Sonic's trump in every way. Faster, stronger, smarter. As time wore on, however, Sonic reached the same speeds as Shadow, and a little faster, with Shadow instead opting to focus on his Chaos powers instead of his Speed. We've seen it quite a few times, but with how many games you quote, I doubt I need to tell you. Shadow's more destructive, Sonic's faster, imo.
Yuji Naka programmed the games. Naoto Oshima created Sonic. Sonic's redesign was by another person based on direction (as Naoto also did a redesign for Sonic Adventure with a similar idea in mind but looked a little sillier) In Sonic & All-Stars Racing: Transformed, the developers were gonna make NiGHTS ' and Reala's vehicles liquid-like morph, but Takashi Iizuka showed them concept art of NiGHTS and Reala AS the vehicles, homage to their shape-shifting powers.
Personally, I am sure pleased with the fact that you can unlock the Super Sonic mode just by beating the game. All you have to do from there is go to the Skill Shop. Make a new list and then add and confirm the Super Sonic Skill into one of the Skill Lists, after that equip the Skill List -- Save and you're ready to go! :)
2; it is implied that he would have died if he wasn't rescued by Dr Eggman. It is possible that Shadow, being Black Dooms biological son, had inherited his Biological Immortallity. It is also possible that due to the purpose behind his creation, he is immune to illness.
wait is this a mod or do you actually play as super sonic on this fight. and also i really wish you could play as shadow like in SA2B you did the same battle as shadow on dark story line
The answer is yes and no. When Sonic boosts or Classic Sonic double jumps with there's a little grayish white thing I found in the SonicActionCommon. It would be more translucent so you can see where Sonic is moving. Shadow doesn't have this effect when he chaos boosts.
@smXbz1 is it suppose to be in the game? If not its like a texture hack or whatever, mod or hack, if its not in the game it is, at least not that I know of.
Actually. The ending of Shadow story(the dark story) The computer of Eggman shows "Warning". Remember that Sonic mission was not destroy the canon, but put the Fake Emerald on it, making the canon destroy itself. If he not win, Eggman would fire the canon anyway. Remember also that after that, in the Final Chapter, Shadow is all sad and stuff, saying he failed on his mission. Until Amy Rose came and give her moral support XD.
Whow, nice game. Super sonic looked pretty cool, but I think super sonic looks cooler when he's running instead of flying. Like on the other videos if you seen them. Nice game.
Takashi Iizuka wanted Shadow, at his creation, to eventually have his own game. It was always planned. But they didn't know if fans would like him or not. The ending to SA2 was meant to allow them to have the option to continue or discontinue him. He disappears in space like Chaos Control, but they all think he's dead. IS he dead? We don't know. IF fans don't like him, then he's dead. If they do, then he's not. The fans liked him, so Iizuka continued with his plan. It was always an option.
