Sonic Heroes Hack - Team Fly 

For everyone complaining about Rouge, the method that was used replacing the character was ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-W6qe7zvqK-E.html. But the issue is that her wings & eyelids aren’t present so I didn’t put her in. The same goes for Tails if I didn’t leaves him as fly his Two tails would be removed. In the video Charmy is put over Sonic so his wings aren’t present.

This feels like a video from 2007 that just sat on the backburner until 2015.

How to do it on Android??

Currently porting my CE findings of PC to GCN,how'd you do that with it stable? Is it acual model swap hacks instead of replacing the entire character? Cheat tables would be appreciated for my attempts to port them to GCN. Also,adding my new activators fixes menu corruption/crashes on 9D range codes.
