One of my favorite villain quotes EVER comes from Metal Overlord... "See me as i am, no longer afraid of anything!" Metal truly believed for sure he was invincible, and with that amount of power, he almost was. to him, it was like all his fears and failures were about to become irrelevant. However, sonic, as usual, keeps overcoming impossible odds in-lore.
