@@MissedLane When You hit Eggman, the impact impulse you far, if you dont jump at time, you die. In Megadrive one don't happens that, you can still running without jumping.
@@leosmkz i noticed that when i was playing yesterday. I didn’t die but i was extremely close to it. It’s gotta be the remastered version’s physics and the original level design not meshing well.

Not really, since the original song still plays in the stage, they just made the old credits theme play at the ending because sky sanctuary didn't fit well
One thing I don’t really like here that both Sonic 3 Complete AND AIR got right was that Eggman still drops the master emerald instead of just outright getting away with it. It makes more sense if that was the case

Nice dialogue. The way i saw it when i was kid, “Sonic and tails helped Knuckles get the Giant Emerald back from Dr Eggman” “As Sonic and tails leave the floating island; Knuckles watch them leave without any words” just respect 🫡
I hate how the changed the music. I liked the Sky Sanctuary music better for the ending scene. It gives more of a feeling of "We've done it! We can rest easy now."
