Satam Robotnik is my favorite incarnation of the doctor. So when I was cast for the mystery villain and started reading my lines, I was almost in disbelief by the opportunity to attempt my impression of the legendary Jim Cummings that fueled so many of my childhood nightmares. Good work on the animation too. It's difficult to keep a consistent style but it's generally looking better than the previous episodes barring a few exceptions. (Key scenes in episode 2 still have the best looking shots and sequences in the series so far.) Sound design has also improved. The original ost is even more of a nice touch. Overall I'm happy to be apart of this and I can't wait to see more!

I've been a fan of this series from the start and I can safely say this show had a good 2020. I'm glad to see the animation improve here, especially after watching the past episodes. It's the best it's been so far and I think it's gonna get better. And that Whisper scene was amazing. Certainly wasn't expecting that lol. You guys really gave her a lot of mystery, especially for those who haven't read the comics. Also this felt like a legit 11 minute Sonic episode, I love it. Plus the Freedom Planet character and some of Jennifer Hernandez's ocs was really enjoyable to see since they we're actually in Issue 3. I'm more hyped for Season 2 now and I can't wait to see what you guys have in store. Hope everyone who worked on this has a festive holidays and a happy new year. :)

Not much I can say that plenty others haven't said already. This was a treat to watch. There's no shortage of good animations out there for Sonic in particular, but it's an amazing breath of fresh air to see animation this smooth on Knuckles and his various movements/facial expressions. Love Knux's voice actor here btw

With only a couple hours left before the big reveal, I'm just gonna say it: I firmly believe the Mystery Villain is Mimic. It just seems to be the most realistic option. Considering Whisper the Wolf is going to have a more important role in the next season, the unlikely hood of the "Tangle & Whisper" miniseries being adapted into Sonic Rebound, and the fact that any character not in the idw comics is going to have a cameo role, all signs seem to point to Mimic as the main baddie. Plus, he's a shapeshifting mass murderer with a skull-like face, so he's definitely got the controversial part down. Anyway, good luck to everyone who made this. 👍

Y'know, I first saw this series when I heard the Protagonist was going to be in the voice cast. I started following the comics way back when the Archie series was still a thing, so I've been reluctant to get into the IDW series, but after revisiting this series and giving it a thorough watch, I'm genuinely loving what they're doing. As someone who develops stories myself, I think it's time I finally got into this series and got some inspiration of my own. Thank you guys for all the hard work that you do. I'm definitely going to be on the lookout for future episodes. Everyone who worked on this most definitely deserves to be included in an official Sonic series. You guys make this look incredibly professional. It must've taken a lot of time and hard work to get everything as refined as it is. I genuinely hope that this series will continue to see future installments. It deserves all the support in the world and then some. GamerGuyd, I certainly hope your information regarding the Sonic Adventure remakes holds true. You seemed to put things together in a very convincing way, and your sources also seem to have merit. I think I can speak for almost everyone at this point in saying that the series most definitely needs this. Nonetheless, at this point, we'll just have to wait and see when they release the news. Hopefully your prediction holds true. Perhaps it's just my naive optimism, but what we know now gives me hope. Anyway, keep on doing what you guys are doing, because you guys make some great content!

Everyone who worked on this did a fantastic job! The animations were smooth and full of life! As a hobby animator (currently) it's great seeing other animators get some love and work. I'm taking some notes to help me on my own journey in the medium. The fight scene between Rough and Tumble especially had good stuff I had to look at frame by frame.

Seriously, this animation was so much more epic, that you deserved to be hired by Sega and make the new Netflix design (I'm a person, who prefers more 2D animations than 3D when it comes to Sonic). This was honestly a great improvement! Episode two still has some of my favorite animation but the voice acting and audio design has gotten a lot better, and it can be seen here. The lighting in this episode was also really great, especially in that last night scene. keep up the great work!

Yooo this is too good! WHERE IS THE RECOGNITION THIS SERIES NEEDS?! I'm sorry but I'm appalled by the lack of attention this is getting. You guys did an AMAZING job on the animation and voice acting! So excited for the rest! Can't wait to see how you guys interpret Whisper, and can we talk about IVO ROBTNIK? Yush, that threw me for a loop and it definitely makes me curious whether or not you're sticking to the original plot or going somewhere else with it but using a different Eggman. Wow. Just...Wow. You guys really meant it when you said the ending would be controversial. I seriously can't tell if this was a good thing or a bad thing. That's how shocking the ending is. Regardless, everything else is amazing. I watched this episode on my TV and it was a blast. Every character is always moving instead of just standing still and they move so fluently. And I love the small additional scenes that weren't in the comics. I'm not really fond of Rough and Tumble's voices though. I'm sorry if this sounds selfish, but I'd imagine those two to sound more like their Adrenaline Dub voices. Its hard to believe this is an unofficial fan-made series. You guys really do an amazing job. I'm looking forward to the next two seasons. Let's do it to it.

This was really fun to watch!!! The only issue I had was that the fighting felt a little in the slow side. Mainly with kunckles. Felt like if it was sped up just by a little bit it would have improved a lot.

That was a good video! Here is what I have to say about it: 1. Anyone noticed how the number of fingers Sonic holds up in the thumbnail depends on the episode? 2. Hey look! It's Spark the Electric Jester and Lilac from Freedom Planet! 3. I liked Whisper's appearance. It was so mysterious. 4. So the mystery villain was the Robotnik of the SATAM cartoon! (Was SATAM Robotnik the mystery villain in the IDW comics or is this a liberty taken?) 5. Shoutout to GamerGuyd for his voice acting cameo! 6. Since SATAM Robotnik is the mystery villain, does that mean that Sally Acorn and the rest of the Freedom Fighter gang are going to be in the animated series?

In this art knuckles does have a big skull and head (i like that you made it night it makes the art standout and look more beautifull)

I love how Sonic and Knuckles were able to fight off Rough and Tumble, and how it was portrayed in the actual issue that Rough and Tumble were introduced in!!!!!!!!!!!!😎
