@hobodonp I just mean in isolation. I’m just trying to appreciate it for what it is, not trying to compare it to anything. I grew up in a time where seeing Sonic rendered with 3D computer graphics at all was something new and futuristic to me. And I’m especially happy to finally see Classic Knuckles and Amy in 3D too! This is a childhood dream come true to me!

for real, I MDYING for a multiplayer sonic games. The only 2 multiplayer games sre Sonic Speed Battle ( which is ok but kinda boring after a while) and Sonic Team Racing (which is literally dead)

@WassupMyGuys Well Sega is being disingenuous at best by saying the game will be coop - it's local only coop and the competitive mode will be dead in a week. Nobody likes playing coop Sonic games sharing one screen - it just turns into everyone fighting to stay on the screen and dying or getting killed continuously. And no online coop means you can only share the screen, so 5 people on the entire planet *might* finish the game all the way through on coop.

I mean, Shadow already returned as a playable character in Forces. Yes, that game was kinda mediocre, and Shadow wasn't quite helpful in that game other than his side story/prologue, but at least he's playable again in that game.

As long as SEGA doesn't listen to the fans that hate the multiple playable characters (like they did before, hence why we even lost these characters in the first place), they'll be just fine.
