Sonic The Hedgehog 2 - Metropolis Zone(SNES remix) 

mega Z this sounds like the beta of Sonic 2 Metropolis Zone for some reason because of the steam sounds or whatever it is do not capture the same sound as the creaking sounds I thought this was supposed to beta remix

Almost all these remixes are from the Sonic 3 remixes from another channel mixer Productions or known as Legend of renegade which he does work with yuzoboy

It's not exactly. It's 8 semitones low. One octave is 12 semitones. So, it was C major and then minor but became E major then minor.

Eh it's more like 7 or 8 half steps low as opposed to an octave

It's MIDI, He didn't use any samples from the SNES. If he did, it wouldn't sound so bad. It would have been Compressed knowing him or hell, He may some decent Synthesizers VSTs.
