I remember how scary it was when I had to run around in a circle across the whole arena knowing that his slow ass is behind me somehow catching up, it was not fun. Fastest thing alive my ass.
@Nipponisms that's the only reason this boss fight was even remotely possible. When a player controlled him in multiplayer, the match was basically set in stone as to who would win.
Tip: When battling Silver, use Sonic's kick move rather than his homing attack - that way you can get away from Silver faster and avoid being attacked by him. This can be done in just 45 seconds, and it'll give you the S rank.
I agree.. It may be broken but it still can be beat. Heck, I S Ranked every single stage in the game because it was easy. When I played it, it was only like 2 or 3 glitches that I came across. Silver's story has the least amount of Glitches. And yes I beat the Ball Puzzle before clipping through the walls to beat it easier. I still love this fight and I would play this over and over for Guilty Pleasure.
You guys know that it wasn't even finished or tested. Because half of the team was sent to work on the secret of the rings game and they couldn't finish it in time so when the deadline came they just released it barely tested
@Xterminator Ultimate Does he look good to you in Forces? In Sonic Generatons his bossfight It's amazing but It's just that not plot or dialogue. Sonic Rivals plot feels lame. I'm pretty sure most of the people like Silver because of 2006 and Archie Comics
I tried a different strategy It's useless to run straight at Silver he'll just keep catching you. I found that if you run around tje arena and wait for Silver to say, "How bout this", the I run straight into him, I even used the homing attack on him and I also used the homing attack in midair to get away from him. This boss fight is way to easy you can beat Silver without getting caught once
So 2 mutant hedgehogs about 3 ft tall with super natural powers fight in an empty area with tables and chairs and force fields and rings lying around seems ... Idk what to say
One year ago, I didn't know much about the Sonic franchise, but my favourite character used to be Silver because I liked his character; heroic, immature, and optimistic and his telekinetic powers fascinated me. I didn't understand why he got so much criticism back then. *Now I understand why he's hated so much.* "IT'S NO USE!!! TAAAAAKEEE THISSSSS!!!!" *Throws chairs and crap at you repeatedly in the middle of some cafeteria looking battlefield* "HOW ABOUT THIS???" *Insert glitchy shit here* "IT'S NO USEE!!!!!" *Holds you in the air for some time just to lower your patience* He's slow as fuck, but he somehow catches up with Sonic when running around the junkyard buggy field. Not Silver himself is the only thing glitchy, but the whole game is a literal glitch. I don't even think it deserves to be titled as a game anyway. 06 was just some uncompleted mess that was rushed. I wished SEGA gave Sonic Team more time to work on 06, really.
Hahahahahahaha. Project 06, son! A fan remake built from the ground up that redeems and reimagines the experience compared to the retail one. Silver is him now.
If anything, this shows Silver's power against Sonic's. He can easily keep Sonic down with his phsyco power. Even though it's glitched up as hell. It makes sense for Silver's power to do that. Edit: I'm aware of how Sonic is written. I'm just pointing out how Silver uses his abilities, a bit similar to infinite.
Sonic in this game just feels so lame and weak, I think even Amy could beat his ass on a fight. Compared to other games like Unleashed, damn, Sonic on the opening cutscene just kills it.
@@HTBsnowgoon Well, obviously since it's 2 years from 06 to unleashed with Sonic having experienced it and much faster and stronger. Heck Unleashed Sonic pretty much solos 06
i never completed this IT IS SO HARD until my uncle came in [he didnt even know what sonic was] and defeated him first try im like Bruh edit: came back to this video on random 2 years later and found this comment. Surprised me a little
Most people's problems with Silver's boss fight is that they don't know how to fight him. You're not supposed to just run up to him, or even homing attack him. That's the point. He'll catch you and kill you. You're supposed to run up to him when he picks up the objects, kick him, and keep running before he gets back up and manipulates you.
You know, I really liked his theme song, but I never once heard his voice. He looked to be a character that could be pretty awesome, like his looks seemed like he'd have a voice that was deep and such like Shadow, so I decided to look for a fight with him to hear him...I think I died a little.
Silver is a really good character, it's just that the game he was introduced in was awful, and he's supposed to sound young, he's a learning hero questioning if what he's doing is right.
7 years late but I didn't even use the kick; I simply used homing attack a few times until about half his health was left and then stunlocked him to death. It was incredibly easy.
Tips: -This was already done in the video, but as soon as the match starts instantly turn around and grab the rings behind you or you will die. -NEVER HOMING ATTACK, Silver usually recovers before you do, just go around him slide tackling. -Never stop moving and keep a steady distance, once he picks something up it's your chance to run to him and slide tackle. -Never jump, just run slide tackle run slide tackle repeat.
Random Plush Videos I accidentally encountered a glitch where I could run out of the area (so could Silver during this boss fight) and Silver ended up flinging me into the air until I hit a point where you die automatically lol.
The key to attacking Silver is by staying away and waiting for him to shout *TAKE THIS!* or HOW ABOUT THIS?!. Right when he says any of those, that's your chance to strike!
People always ask me why I say "ITS NO USE!' at lunch all the time. Then I show them this. Also, NOOOOW I see why people hate Silver, even though I love him :3.
If anyone is still struggling with this fight for some reason then just know that you should only attack him right after he says "How about this!" (while he is about to use the telekinesis at you) and you will be safe to hit him 100% of the time, rinse and repeat. Other things to know are, right after you hit him, its usually a good idea to run/ use a homing attack back from the direction you came from and tip no2, instead of going close to silver at the beginning of the fight usually to collect rings, go to the right hand side for an easy ring box and right after you have collected the ring monitor, he should say "How about this!" and it will be an easy free hit. I promise this is an easy boss and can be finished in less than 2 minutes.
One of the most LOGICAL FIGHTS IN GAME HISTORY (Note: this is because, If you saw that someone destroyed the future, and you had a chance to prevent it, why would you give them a second to react if you have them cornered, don’t give them the chance to attack, like silver.) these MOST LOGICAL FIGHT.
…And as we scroll to the bottom of the comment section, we can see the souls of the past generation and how right they were about how Jank this boss fight is.
I got this game when it first came out, and I don't remember any fight being terribly hard but Silver's final boss. :/ As you can see from the third battle, there's a really simple and easy method of beating it.
minding your own business and suddenly a weed plant from the future has you in the air throwing you at a wall, also, sonic, why?why a bistro... silver...he-he can pick up the tables...but luckily this game is so unfinished that just like Mephiles has no mouth and this game makes no sense, you have no way to die...your invincible!!YAY!!these people really wanted us to win this JUNK of a GAME!!...until you get stuck between silver and a wall and then you are forever being thrown at a wall ,in conclusion, thank you(sarcasm) sincerely, still confused why you even created this... so-called "game" PS:stop RUSHING your games Sega!then they would be awesome like once time when they were...
Honestly, this look like a more logical boss fight than others. He just basically goes at the fucking player without hesitating, like he really wants to kill Sonic, not like other bosses. What other game do it?
