@@ataladin87 Solaris literally dies then because it transcends even death- just comes back in an Astral Form fueled by its concious on overload for it to just rattle everyone's nerves.
They all fight Solaris at different points in time: Shadow: "I'll release you from the chains of your past!" Sonic: "The present day-the here and now that you've stolen-time to take it back!" Silver: "I will protect the future!" Shadow fights him at the beginning of time, Silver fights him at the end of time, and Sonic fights him in the present. It thematically fits with their characters and arcs throughout the game too.
+Glitchy Pixels (Ba da tissss) Good one my friend. But yeah, Sonic Boom put Sonic in some REALLY hot water. The Cartoon Network show isn't all that bad though.
@@Bornheck Fun Fact silver originally was supposed to have his own game after the events of sonic 06 however due to the failure of 06 that messed up plans for any of the cast.
@@unleashed1237 for me I literally just set up shadow first and then put a big heavy damage I’m trying to get a major hitting I just used sonic rather than silver beside sonic does the most damage but can’t always get clear hit
That's the most terrifying part because Solaris was already eating Dimensions's as he was gaining his Physical Form. By the time you fight him in Phase 1- everything is gone except that small bubble of space-time the Sonic Cast are standing on. It's just an empty void followed by a creature attempting the same fate onto you as the battle plays out.
@King Ghidorah 2025 nah, eating dimensions is just multiversal+ lol (that's if they are 4d, if they arent then, just classic multi) it's so far from complex multi
@@Rathalos2428and if they didn't bring Sonic back to life, time itself would collapse and then disappear into nothingness. What could possibly be more scary than being erased from existence?
And it's not just erasure.. It's all of time. Past, present future. Meaning nothing ever existed in the first place. It isn't an end to anything it's literally just nothing. An end must have a beginning. He wiped all time periods out at once meaning they never happened to begin with. @@princeofpokemon2934
That body of light is the sign of a super ITS ON YOU SHADOW dimensional life form standard attacks SILVER ITS YOUR TURN won't work on him he eats dimensions GOOD LUCK SONIC for lunch
@@deathwingthedestroyer3632 yes. It is a transcendent life form that exist in the past, present, and future. This is the very first threat that's considered a super dimensional being, that sonic could ever fight. A being like this could very well reach into the realm of omnipotence.
Did you know if you select and fight Solaris on Mission Select instead of Story Mode it'll say Stop the out of control Solaris before you fight Solaris 1?
Dom Shady I think it’s because even before fighting Solaris, he is already going to consume the entire timeline. Now that he’s entered his Final Form, he’s definitely quite pissed at this point and is rather reckless, throwing more lasers and spikes so yeah he’s out of control at this point
Mr. Magolor Guy You realize that you're talking about a god who can harm super state users, has complete control over time and space and eats dimension for lunch, right? Besides, it took three super state users to defeat Solaris and even then, they couldn't actually destroy him, while Dark Gaia took only one super state user to defeat it.
In fact, his attack, the Arrow of Light causes the most damage to Solaris! Probably cause instead of launching projectiles like Shadow and Silver, HE is the projectile
It's weird, because in most of the game, his Sonic voice sounds so bored. I dunno if they wanted to make him sound more badass when he goes Super, but I wish he didn't sound so bored in his base form.
I don't care what anyone thinks about this game I say that this is the most epic boss fight in the entire series You are fighting what is basically the god of time and he is tearing the very fabric of our dimension apart and only the combined power of Super sonic, super Shadow and super Silver can stop him. It couldn't possibly be a more desperate and intense fight than this
It's nice to see everyone that the three hedgehogs hold dear (and Eggman) supporting the heroes in any way they can, helping them win the battle for all of reality. It really takes you back to how they all came together over the years, leading to this one final battle for absolutely everything. This final boss was great.
Sad thing is this game actually had potential. Had an actual unique and creative plot, great music and decent ideas for levels, and it brought back controlling multiple characters. But the execution... yikes.
If you like kirby Star Aliies it has basicly everything this Game had but in Good: Characters: You get 30 Abilitys and 13 Dream Friends You get to fight a Super Ultra God And good Music Of course! And there may not be Plot but Lore!
Frontier is what 06 should be, but i still think that a Complete 06 would be way better and would outclass every Sonic Game and be equal as Top Dog franchises such as God of War.
@@D00DM00D Solaris is actually a reference to Satan’s true form as described in Revelation. Solaris is composed of Mephiles and Iblis and “The Beast” is composed of Satan and The False Prophet/The Wretch. Solaris has 6 stones implanted on his back, 6 claws, and 6 horns on his head. (666) Since Satan used to be the most highest of angels (aka Seraphim) he bares a resemblance to his former self and Solaris is clearly angelic yet dark here.
Silver: *in high pitched little boy's voice* PREPARE TO MEET YOUR DOOM! Solaris: I'll let you defeat me if you promise never to use that silly voice again.
i think silver is passing puberty while this events thats explain why he cant realize the real thing between him and blaze his voice is better in generations
Cassandra Vindicta shadow didnt lived all of 50years he was in statis his body didnt lived 50 years i think real reason of his deep voice because he is an artifical lifeform silver has a cool future too (phsicokinesis telephaty, warping the space time ) but first he needs to grow up and thats what hes doing i guess his voice was more mature in sonic generations
Standard attacks as in those regular attacks from Super State users doesnt damage Solaris. So Silver supercharges his PK and throws the debris at a much greater power
@@undeadbatman9762 Wouldn't really change anything if silver died. Elise poofs candle, and the events of 06 "never" happened. And the reason shadow fell from the atmosphere in SA2 was probably because he was overexerting himself compared to sonic. Either that or he's not used to being powered by the 7 emeralds (Albeit i could be wrong completely)
@@RetardTheRetard-ey9zm Not really. 06 happened because of the damn time eater who brought both ibis and mephiles back. Silver would come back though just saying sonic and shadow probably didn't know that and still tired to help out silver because he's inexperienced.
I wish someone would compile the scripts of Sonic final bosses. A lot of stuff gets said when the fight drags on like how in the Finalhazard Shadow remarks that Sonic might be the real Ultimate Lifeform, during the Metal Overlord Metal explains what he did to himself, against Black Doom Eggman reveals to Shadow that he's the real Shadow and here we have all the varyingly cool and edgy lines Sonic, Shadow and Silver deliver when switched to every now and then.
The Jimb Sonic lore seem could be so interesting, but sega only ever hints about it, like why is Sonic an equal match for Shadow in the first place in using the Chaos Emeralds of Shadow was literally designed using Alien dna to do so
Yeah with Silver it just didnt feel as threatening, mysterious, or adventurous like it did with Shadow. Honestly I think Scourge wouldve been a better fit. I like silver, but he isn't as interesting as shadow and sonic, and it seems he could easily defeat both of them realistically by grabbing them and its done
I love how in most Mario games, you just fight against various forms of Bowser. Meanwhile, in Sonic games, you're engaging in spaceborn titanic duels against godlike super-dimensional lifeforms. It's almost as insane as Kirby games.
Honestly, it wouldn't be that bad! I'd love to see it. Rather than having their gross models of this game, have the new styled ones, make the hubworlds smaller, make Sonic's levels more about speed rather than slower platforming and having absurd speed sections, speed up Silver, and it'd be golden.
Not gonna lie, Solaris' design is fucking amazing, all of Sonic's final bosses look amazing, and while the time eater still holds my favourite design (which is ironic since it's easily my least favourite god in the series) Solaris'design is a close second, especially that second form, I know that it's literally a seraphim, but I don't care it looks awesome, I just recently learned that I have a thing for angelic boss designs which I why I dig the design of Copy X and 02 from their respective series' and this design is anything I'd want out of a "god of time" design in a sonic game. It's so cool I even copied it for my own original character, it's that good. The setting of the fight is amazing as well. 06 has problems, but this fight definitely isn't one of them.
Honestly this has to be the strongest foe in the entire sonic series, they were so strong they literally had to erase the games events to stop it to make it not exist. Not even eggman's time machine from generations was this powerful and that thing literally broke time itself into a white void.
@@ManicFiction opinions aren't facts. He can say it's his favorite, tough. But the most cinematic are the frontiers ones. They have coreography, special effects, animation, music. Much more than this fight here.
Me: Phase 1 ok the shells off now to hit the core Phase 1: he explodes then revives Me: Wait why did he explode? Phase 2: That is that's the core Me: Ok I thought I already hit and look at all those lasers
@@pikamight4768 Lol Solaris entire body is basically armor, although his core can withstand multiple super attacks. Super dimensional being literally translates to "a being over dimensions" Solaris is like outerversal.
@@KilosFoxo Yes but solaris can just come back with another body, his body might be completely destroyed by the lego but the core is safe so solaris can shapeshift and create a new body to move on.
I often hear from people that they didn't complete this game because it was about as entertaining as a banquet of the finest cow shits. I understand that decision, but for me it's completely out of question. I always play games to completion. I feel like I'm letting the game beat me if I give up and don't finish it. I had never been more relieved to finish a game in my life. And in the last few minutes, the last phase of Solaris... I actually had a lot of fun. This boss fight is easily the best part of the whole game.
I only beat this game because i i felt i had some sort of twisted obligation due to my fanboyism of the series, but this boss fight is legitimately kick ass.
It heavily resembles the crest of the Hylian royal family who are all descendants of Hylia (a goddess considered by some to be affiliated with time based on some hints left throughout Skyward Sword)
I just realized something. You know how Solaris has temporal omnipresence and exists within all timelines? AND how the hedgehogs talk about certain time periods? So, here's what I'm thinking: Super Shadow is fighting Solaris in the Past, Super Sonic is fighting Solaris in the Present, and Super Silver is fighting Solaris in the Future!
To top it off, the three Super hedgehogs represent the Holy Trinity; The Father (Shadow), the Son (Sonic), and the Holy Spirit (Silver). All teaming up to defeat a super-dimensional representation of Lucifer.
Standard attacks doesn't work on Solaris. Only fully chaos super state chaos attacks can harm him. Not to mention having to defeat him in the past present and future at the same time.
It is, It was distorted quietly when Solaris reached it's defeat indicating that Mephiles and Iblis is no more Mephiles when that part happened all he said was Mephiles: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!
My intro dialog for the last story " The baddest thing was that those two freaks fused into a single monster and are preparing to destroy time itself" Ending dialog "with their powers of pure light. the deity of the sun beaten and all world's were saved and it was all thanks to our three saviors Sonic, Shadow and Silver you three have our thanks."
I really wish the dumbass sonic fanbase didn't rush them, because if the game was finished it would probably be the best sonic game to ever be created.
This is the only game where Silver is actually relevant I don't know if that's sad, kinda nuts or utterly hilarious I miss the games where you could play with a big chunk of the cast
I honestly feel like Silver was of almost NO USE to this boss battle other than dealing with Solaris’ arms. But then again, Shadow got the job done but better. Either way, I hope that when P-06 is completed, Silver will actually be more effective in this boss fight. I can’t wait to see how this will all look when that time comes.
I know why each of the Super hedgehogs fights Solaris in their respective timelines: 1. Super Silver fights Solaris in the future because Silver came from the future and his ultimate goal is to protect it. 2. Super Shadow fights Solaris in the past because Shadow was created 50 years before his debut, and his past experiences influence him as a person. 3. Super Sonic fights Solaris in the present because Sonic always lives his life to the fullest in the present day. He doesn't dwell on the past or worry about the future.
0:18 Silver: "This is the end! Prepare to meet your doom!" [Solaris responds telepathically] Solaris: "Says the crybaby that's about to meet his doom!"
SO far the sonic franchise has had a water deity, a fire/light deity, an earth deity, and a dark/time deity. It's just missing a wind and a space deity
Just remember, this thing was described to “eat dimensions for lunch.” Meaning it takes place as the strongest enemy in a sonic game i’m pretty sure. (As far as I could find, maybe there is an obscure sonic game with stronger characters, but dimension eating is high up there.)
The strongest enemy in the Sonic the Hedgehog series. It took three Super forms, all in the past, present and future to take it down. And even when you defeat the boss, you only really knock him out of his consciousness, not destroy him entirely .
Solaris isn’t the strongest sadly, he is the FIRST biggest threat to the Sonic multiverse. Egg Wizard in the next Rush game already outclasses Solaris. Solaris wasn’t “knocked” out, his body was destroyed, but Solaris isn’t actually dead. That flame at the end? That’s not the true Solaris. Sonic defeated an avatar of Solaris, which had its own consciousness. The True Solaris remains yet to be seen, this is derived from Mephiles’ profile in Sonic Runners where he was treated as a minor fragment of *the Solaris.*
@@undeadbatman9762 Solaris took way more effort to take down. Egg Wizard took two Super forms, Solaris needed three. Egg Wizard can destroy planets? Solaris can destroy entire dimensions. Egg Wizard is a mech, Solaris is considered the Sun God. Solaris had armour you had to knock off first, Egg Wizard doesn't. I'm pretty sure a super dimensional life form that existed across the past, present and future that destroys dimensions and is considered a god outclasses the Egg Wizard.
Jason's Sonic voice sounded a lot more intense there. Was a nice attention to detail that he sounds more aggressive when he's in a Super Form. That carried over from Sonic Heroes.
Im not 100% sure that I can defend this game. But, it was my first Sonic game ever, so I hold it close to my heart. And I don't really care about the romance, the story, the glitches or all that good stuff. Yea, the game has its flaws, but that doesn't deem it as the worst game ever. Yea, it's the worst Sonic game, but it's not as bad as people make it out to be. Not that the game is really bad, more so than it was a huge disappointment to what people were expecting.
