With the unprecedented success of the 2020 live-action sonic the hedgehog and the latest release in the franchise Sonic the Hedgehog 2 which quickly became the highest-grossing video game movie ever made in the US, passing its predecessor with $147 million domestically. Taking its well-deserved crown, there is no sign of the Sonic franchise screeching to a halt anytime soon.
Over the years we’ve seen multiple Sonic spin-off games brought to us, including Knuckles Chaotix and Sonic Boom. And as much as fans around the world love the games brought to us by Sega, fans want to see more hit our screens.
Of course, we’re not saying we don’t want to see Sonic anymore. But, after appearances from popular characters in the latest live-action movies, and with the hype building around the anticipated Knuckles series, we want to see more of the blue hedgehog's friends in the spotlight. Sonic the Hedgehog 2 is a 2022 action-adventure comedy film directed by Jeff Fowler and written by Pat Casey, Josh Miller, and John Whittington, based on the video game franchise published by Sega. If silver got a spin-off I’d want it to be about him going on missions in his own time and at the very end of the season finally he would see the vision of his world being destroyed and then go back in time to where sonic 06 takes place. Or him and blaze go on missions throughout time

1. Did you call Mobius, "Moribus?" 2. Ever since Sonic Lost World, Amy hasn't really been shown as an obsessive fangirl, outside of one throwaway gag in an episode of Sonic Boom. 3. You said that Silver can undergo a Super transformation using the Chaos Emeralds, "unlike Sonic and Shadow." Sonic and Shadow do use the Chaos Emeralds to attain their Super forms. 4. Why is a character from a crappy creepypasta that isn't even affiliated with Sega deserving of a spin-off series, but not Tails (who could easily have a story about being more independent) or Rouge (jewel thief turned government agent)? That isn't even taking into account the legal trouble of using a fan character.

The closest thing they could do for a sonic.exe character is possibly a digital A.I created by dr robotnik to hack into any devices sonic and his friends use to take important data and information but as the A.I takes more data it becomes or sentient and soon looks into information about robotnik and learns about what he has done and then turns on him but is still not friendly towards sonic and his friends. And all that this version of sonic.exe would do is try to "eliminate" robotnik and sonic and his friends and rule earth and make it a "better" earth. Making the character more kid friendly to fit in the sonic universe but still keeping its main goal.

If they are ever going to make more spin off stuff then it has to be the origins story about Shadow being created and growing up with Maria. Another spin off about Shadow could be a sequel which is about the Black Arms invasion.

The problem with Amy being scaled back in my opinion is that it is thanks to Sonic she became who she is. Yes, she's obsessive but look how powerful she became because of it. To be with Sonic, to catch up like Tails did, she HAD to improve herself. Becoming faster, stronger, smarter... she had to catch up somehow and this is the path she chose.

Shadow definitely needs a spin off: After Shadow was on Earth for 50 years, Shadow has a mission to get the seven chaos emeralds, but after discovering his past of Maria getting killed he decides to get revenge and goes crazy killing all the gun soldiers, after Sonic tells him the true power of friendship, Shadow goes through time which introduces Silver, when Shadow goes back in time before he killed all the gun soldiers and takes the chaos emeralds back from black doom and turns super and saves the world from G.U.N and black doom. The majority of the movie is him on a quest for the chaos emeralds. With PG-13 ratings Dou to the script I’m looking for.

I would like to see Rouge the Bat in Sonic the Hedgehog 3 and she’ll have her own back story on how she ended up in G.U.N. She was a child raised but treasure hunters who were also after the master emerald. When they found Longclaw and the echidnas, Rouge used a ring and escaped to Earth but ended up in the military head quarters and would of been locked up for life until the commander thought she’ll be useful.
