Man Sonic games have looked like fan made pieces of crap since this came out. Even Frontiers pales in comparison, this looks like actual talented devs made this and knew what they were doing. I long for these days again but the series is in the wrong hands as of now so there is little chance of that.
Frontiers! Heck even Forces looks better than Unleashed 💀💀💀💀 you ignore the strives they have made with the hedgehog engine 2 with real time global illumination, per pixel motion blur, and higher detail quality. Unleashed has nothing on Frontiers when it comes to graphics
@Marguy A Not even close let's be completely honest. It's a good second place don't get me wrong, but the game is a demo compared to Unleashed. Unleashed has smoother models, better animations, better lighting, better Blur, better blooms, better stage assets, particle effects, etc. You're only saying Frontiers is better cause it's technically newer, for newer hardware, so it MUST look better. But that's not the case.
unleashed has a rank system which mostly focuses more on style rather than speed, basically the more cool stuff you do in the level the more likely you are to get an S rank compared to just trying to get the best time
