You could but honestly this is much better. HD versions had the Night Stages be super long and they're a slog

@@BlackKyurem5 unleashed hd did it way better. one big stage that’s like 25-30 minutes if you know what you are doing (even shorter if you are good and skip fights). this guy takes 45 minutes just to do the werehog levels and he’s obviously good at them plus every fight is mandatory aswell.

@@yibby7 Id much rather have more shorter stages where I can take breaks in between when I need tp instead of marathoning through them ESPECIALLY on a blind playthrough where you won't know what you're doing and the HD versions have less direction than the SD versions. Also you have to pickup Medals along the way in the HD version since they though Mandatory Collectibles in an A to B platformer was a good idea, so theyll be even longer on your first playthrough and if you don't have enough, you have to go back and do it all over again which is even longer as the Day stages don't provide nearly enough medals

I think the wii wouldn't be able to handle a stage the length of crimson carnival on the ps3, due to it being the nintendo wii and the nintendo wii having the limitations that come with being the nintendo wii. even if it's not necessarily a hardware limitation, it would still take a ton of work and be slowed down a hell of a lot.

Virgin HD World 8: Boring ahhh level that takes an hour with stupid pipe segments with impossible-to-react day areas Chad SD World 8: Fun platforming, enemies and puzzles (we don't talk about act 4) also we play the 5th level in THE CORE OF THE EARTH.

Huh where is the mission in the elevator where you can't take any damage Also Dark Gaia cauldron is my favourite because of the fun platforming and fighting and it's so cool that you go into the CORE OF THE EARTH

Wii/Ps2 version is alright

Dark Gaia cauldron in my opinion, is my favourite level here, fun platforming and fighting and YOU GO INTO THE CORE OF THE EARTH.

I'm assuming it's because the space was all used up, so they couldn't fit in a code saying to not play it like in HD version. Or Sega was too lazy. Or they couldn't do it within the release deadline. All of these reasons could be the same reason for why we never got actual levels, just a boss, in Mazuri.

I guess it could be kind of weird to think that. I'd personally expect an epic finale of the final use of the Werehog. Having played this game without knowing anything about the storyline and having started the PS3 version about half a year AFTER beating this one, I kind of expected the final boss to include the Werehog.

Pressing one repeatedly makes a gap within attacks, leading to the possibility of enemies' counterattacks, and doesn't kill them quickly enough. Pressing both L and R for NGC controller, X and Y on Classic Controller, and I'm not sure on WiiMote + Nunchuk, makes you attack way more quickly, which is why it's a smarter idea to do that instead.

Cinko515 Sure, maybe not for the Nunchuk + WiiMote, but it could be the case for the Classic Controller, Classic Controller Pro, or the Nintendo GameCube controller.

Some item boxes in the levels unlock bonus missions, and the sun/moon medals unlock puzzle rooms in the Gaia gates which can have item boxes which unlock bonus missions

If you mean as the werehog then you double tap to start a dash then you have to hold the direction. Attacks are awkward because this version of the game has bad controls. Just have to get used to it.

Where did you find the ISO for the game? The download file?

I think you are on wii mote settings try switching to gamecube input it has the controlls of like a classic controllerand the kealyboard works better on it aswell. And try using a wired controller it helps a lot.

I agree, it looks like a basic metal colored industrial place. The Xbox version is more colorful, there are traps everywhere and there's lots of fire. Not to mention that half of the carnival stuff is lost in here.

Go into one of optional Gaia Gate doors. There are challenges that may reward you with lives.

Its PS2 and Wii that are the same

PlasticFruit The Whack Shack Man actually the x360 had better optimization and the ps3 version dropped frames a lot while the x360 occaisonally dropped frames. The x360 had some exclusive cutscenes like changing to any version of sonic was animated.

But there are tons of titans.

For you but everyone has own tastes and someone can like ps2/wii version more.
