I know this sounds dumb but I think sonic is the fastest because in part of the movie he made a sonic boom that went to space and it even hit a satilite.
Sonic can break the sound barrier but if flash went full speed it would literally break reality because he moves quintillions of times faster than the speed of light

sonic could go while time is paused. let's say he moves 761 kilometers 0 seconds. speed is distance divided by time. any number divided by 0 is undefinable. that's sonic speed. btw flash in the comics did that too he ran in a plank instant, which is basically the smallest unit in time. I could say they are equal.
