This really is the year of Shadow. We got: -A mainline game where we get to relive shadow's story. -A Sonic movie featuring Shadow as the main antagonist. -A flipping SHADOW MANGA -A DC × SONIC COLLAB where Shadow is flipping BATMAN?? I don't think anyone is complaining this is lowkey awesome.

It's part of the digital deluxe pack, which is ten dollars extra on Steam. If this is gonna be sold separately, we don't know yet. I would hope so. If so, it's probably gonna be a few bucks since it's a whole new level besides the skin not to mention new voice acting. :)

@@ray-boi1351 They said for the digital deluxe package, it was gonna include an extra level for Shadow, and I was afraid Sega was gonna pull a Sega and hold one of the main levels hostage for extra money. But that wasn't the case as I speculated since it could be the frontiers map since Shadow wasn't even in that game. But now I see that isn't the case and I'm relieved. It'll be cool to see how they tie that frontiers level with shadow's story. And I'm also glad that this Movie pack will be separated from the main game as a cool extra. You get what I mean now?

It's crazy how much stuff this expansion has. I remember when it was announced thinking "oh neat they'll add a level or two of Shadow to Generations." but now we've got like half the base game worth of new levels and bosses, new mechanics and remixes, and even movie crossover stuff. It's awesome, so much better than I expected.

I was way too hyped for this at the time it came out to realize something... THIS is the potential of visual fidelity in Hedgehog Engine 2. If they managed to not only recreate a scene from the movie but also have it look THIS good, we could be in for big treats for the future of Sonic games. The effort is astonishing.

I was a bit annoyed at first when I heard that this was in the digital deluxe edition and thought that I would have to buy the digital copy and not the physical but after rewatching it I was glad to hear that we'll be able to actually get it on a later date.
