@@navoo9009 The way I look at it is tech is applied at the end of the day, I will never look at so-and-so driver or tweeter in isolation. What counts most is whether you like the music it delivers, to your ears and not by measurements. Needless to say, you will have to account for personal preference and taste in sound too. To me, when it comes to Sonus Faber, I just think they sound great when it comes to jazz and jazz vocals as it has a very organic delivery about them. But, for other more upbeat genres such as EDM , I tend to find them lacking in punch. The question is whether you compromise or you have more than one pair of speakers. Judging from your 2 mentioned speakers, I think is apparent you prefer speakers that lean bright. There is nothing wrong with that if that is your taste in sound. Of course, it will depend on your system matching too when it comes to electronics. At Olympica Nova 3 or 5 price points, personally for a more of an all-rounder speaker, I would probably take a look at the Marten Oscar Trio.

But we are strongly fighting the epidemic by avoiding concerts, sporting events, closing trade and any kind of agglomeration: in this sense, the measures are being strict and everyone is respecting the quarantine. Keep in mind you are listening to these speakers across RU-vid's 160kbs OPUS compressed audio stream. I would not discount the tweeter using this format as YT compresses the audio tremendously.

@@TechnicalPie The Diablo 300 is very nice, but it is also 16 grand and the 120 is about 10k. This quite a bit away from the $6500 for the McIntosh.

Sonetto V is well paired with the Mc MA252

@@ew3280 Thanks for reaching out. How long can one expect these tubes on MA352 to last and are McIntosh products generally long lasting? Any major concern with heat generated by these tubes. Would you say that this amplifier MA352 is a warm sounding amplifier and these Sonetto are also warm sounding speakers? Would a McIntosh MA8950 Integrated also pair well with Sonetto V speakers? I am not sure if the MA8950 can drive a 4ohm load speaker? Thanks in advance.

The reason is obvious . For one such music is generally well recorded and no.2 everybody knows how a women’s voice and a piano sounds like.both not easy to reproduce on a Hi-Fi system with all its expressions and subtleties.

The cost of a high-end audio-recording device/setup is usually a fraction of the cost of wires in such a system (Sonus Faber - McIntosh - DCS). Before attempting to make a video on this, he should have invested in a audio-recording gear. This video titled "[HIGH END AUDIO]" makes a bad example of it. I'm sorry, I don't mean to be rude. Just saying what's lacking here. Hopefully the author takes it as a feedback.
