14:25 - Best ISO video settings for this camera (6400 to MAX 10000) - 12800 if you're gonna recover this via editing programs. Do NOT shoot below 250 (very hard to correct later and recover info). Newer sony cameras have ~1600 ISO as a base (so high ISO = ok)
Just did a photo shoot this morning and I wish I watched this before it 😅 I've had my camera for about 5 yrs 🙃 I'm always learning new things .. thank you for the video !!
Thank you!!! This really was simple and very clear to an absolute beginner like me. You are extremely good at teaching and recommending! God bless you!
@@a.f4107 definetly a nice pickup! I think the next one that could achieve similar status after a few years is the Canon M50. I'm eyeing that one when price hit $400 with lense.. let see
Thank you! I was lost with a couple of aspects on navigating this camera. Digital cameras are very new to me. You were straightforward and easy to follow.
Hi. Our Sony A6000 says this Focus Mode at AF-A setting is invalid for this lens. The lens is a kit lens f/3.5-5.6 16-50mm AF-A is actually grayed out. Not in your A6000. Why is this so? Thank you. God bless you
Just bought the Sony aq6000 but am totally new to digital cameras. Been using only my iPhone. I want to do primarily art and nature photography. Your video was great, but do you have any other tutorial videos that would help me with this?.
how much it costs? i dont have any idea in photography, but i want to start. Im thinking to buy 2nd hand A6000 with 1 more lens, the seller said he will give it at 500 USD. is it okay?
So what your saying is if im Vlogging and filming, i should up the exposure just a little and i can correct that better later than doing less exposure?
If you didn't get an answer, that is completely right. This camera, and other Sony mirrorless' tends to capture highlights better vs shadows. If you're editing and raise the exposure, there's a higher chance you'll have noise where the shadows are. You're you're better off shooting with a higher exposure since it will be clearer and darken in post. Hope that helps!
Just an amateur question here. Many a6000 videos, they say to put the iso to the lowest like 100, but you are talking about tens of thousands iso here. Which opinions should I better follow?
When I have my A6000 on auto Mode, Green or Gold setting does it shoot in all the settings I set EXACTLY like you recommended in you tutorial. I am a novice, and may sound like a silly question, Thank you !
@@TheWholeHealingHomie The camare mic only for me it works well because I have a loud voice and it gets the audio clearly. Even the freezer noice that I hate when I forget to turn off when I shoot for my channel...
I think you got the focus modes wrong. Auto focus is the focus mode that also automatically decides what focus mode right? not continuous. I referred to the manual.
I had a bit of trouble sorting out the mic. The camera has a mic, but it's not suitable for my filming, (outside) My choices were dedicated Sony mic, or separate set up for sound recordings.
I want to turn on the smooth effect in my camera but when I click on the smooth skin effect - it shows “this operation or setting not available as follows” . Can someone explain why
Thanks!! Btw, can someone help me? When I go to the Settings Menu in Manual for Video, the record setting only gives me the options: 1440x1080 12M or VGA 3M, but it doesn't allow me to from 30p to 60p or yk, those options :( I'm sorry, English is not my native language and I am a begginer at photography...
