the "p" in 120p stands for progressive. Frames are shot and presented progressively or they're interlaced which it would read 120i

Excellent tutorial. Thanks so much! I do have some follow-up questions regarding the timeline settings in FCPX if I'm shooting 120fps as well as questions regarding mixing these slow-mo clips (broll) with other clips that I'd be shooting at either 24/30 or 60 fps (interviews, etc).

hello brother why my Sony a7ii have only 100p 6om I don't have same like u 120p 100m answer me plz brother

The only problem I keep having is that I can't do this in 4k. It only gives me 30P 100M, 30 P 60M, 24P 100M, & 23P 60M. There is no option for 120P 100 M or 120P 60M. I would really appreciate any help. Great Video BTW!

Hi I updated my a7iii (firmware 4.0) and now I can just record 4K in 24 and 25 fps, no more 100 or 60fps, do you know why?
