The last bit where Kiara is playing with the camera almost has a music video flavor. Wonderful edit and those are some unique shots. Cheers to both!

David this was awesome, I love the effect. I did something like this but I used a tripod and had the model stand in front of graffiti and I twisted the lens and hit the shutter button and got a very similar effect with the face being sharp. I also did the same thing with cars standing still and got the blur and the cars looked like they were moving. Like this it takes patience and practice. I did it enough to where I was able to do it sometimes hand held. Great job as always David. Your chemistry with the model is great.

Loved the bit where you " demonstrated " the leap forward 😂. I find shots of this type work much better when the subject is going across the frame as apposed to towards the camera.

Hi David I used to do this kind of thing back in the film days, by use of 2nd curtain flash. But I had the camera on the tripod and I used a longer shutter time, about 1 second. I remember one time I did it with a bicycle racer, all dressed and with the helmet, it turned out great thanks to the bicycle wheels with all those metal spokes. I never tried with a digital camera.
